Aggressive anti access inclusion predators: re learning & medical needs
Aggressively anti-access & inclusion re learning and medical barriers.
I am having to pursue Citizens Advice Bureau consultation as Bank Park are aggressively non-inclusive against multiple learning needs and medical needs. Inhumane predators with deliberately long-winded procedures, threatening language and a financial priority over access barriers - likely profiting further via inadequate AI systems.
I paid for parking and have the receipt…
I paid for parking and have the receipt to prove it, yet I still received a PCN. Bank Park rejected my appeal despite the evidence and then authorised ZZPS to demand £170 from me. To make matters worse, they only sent me the appeal decision after I repeatedly chased them. By the time I received it, the deadline to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS) had already passed, and my appeal was rejected as "out of time." Instead of resolving the issue fairly, they left me with no opportunity for an independent appeal while debt collectors pursued payment. Extremely frustrating experience and a very poor appeals process. I have been dealing with them for more than 3 months but the PCN still not settled. Wasting my time.
Predatory scum
Predators. Was there for under 20 minutes, fined £60 PCN at burgess hill market place waitrose carpark, took over 2 weeks for the letter to be posted through, have appealed it as this is completely unfair. There was no clear signage, no way to tell definitively that parking was no longer free. Its disgusting and these predators are profiting off working class people who are already taxed to high hell no thanks to the council. Just another slap in the face. AVOID BURGESS HILL - MARKET PLACE SHOPPING CENTRE - RH15 9NP. Scammers🖕
Not to be trusted
Issued a £100 penalty charge notice incorrectly, appealed and charge was cancelled immediately. No explanation, no apology. Do not trust this company.
Charity-washing leeches
Two reasons for my review:
1) I checked payment conditions and fees in advance of using the Cavendish Street car park (Sheffield) and as requested I obediently registered with the Hozah website for ANPR, but failed to double check the signage in the car park itself, wrongly trusting the accuracy of the website.
By the time I received my PCN, the website had been updated so I have no proof, and they denied my appeal.
2) They claim to support charity, but their proud statment at the car park entrance that "100% of our customers support St Luke's" instead of stating the percentage of the parking fee that the charity receives looks very much like a deliberate attempt to mislead.
I'm in the process of finding out how much actually goes to St. Luke's and will report back once I find out.
appalling company
This company manages the car park at a health club I attend. Numerous members have had parking fines, for no reason that they can determine, and these are followed up by very aggressive demands for payment if the fines are not paid, up to and including legal action.
The system to not get a parking fine (which apparently does not work always), it complicated for elderly members to remember to a) enter their registrations at all and b) enter them correctly. My own person experience was that I did enter them correctly but received a fine anyway. The health club staff were able to sort this out, but unfortunately some members are either a) leaving, or b) paying to park in the multistorey, when they are entitled under their health club contract to 4 hours of free parking.
There has to be some better way this company can manage this contracted free parking, before the health club loses a significant number of its elderly members.. Not that I expect a parking company to care very much, they care only about making money any which way they can.
I have had to enter a date of my experience, which I could not remember, so entered one as near as I was able. Despite that, this review is genuine, and if any other members of the health club were to place a review here, they would be saying the same thing.
Spa Lane Bank Park not communicating
After using Spa Lane car park for a number of years I started receiving penalty notices for allegedly entering digits incorrectly into the machine. I've asked for proof but unfortunately get no reply. I won't be using this car park again
ROBOTS
As all the other reviews state they dont care, you cannot get in touch with anyone, seems all appeals are rejected as standard as all they want is payment. Avoid if you can.
Be careful if using EV chargers but not parking
Used their car park to charge my EV car for approx. 30 minutes. The machine clearly says you do not need to pay for parking if you use the EV charger (I didn't even leave my car except to plug in the charger) then received a parking fine. Appealed but was declined so no choice but to pay the fine. Absolute thievery and should be illegal. Tried to call them but could not get through to a human. Awful, thieving company!
Appeal your charges!
Appeal your charges!
Tried to charge me for staying over my allocated time despite the fact that I had paid for an extension. I supplied screenshots of my bank statements showing my payments and the charge was dropped. Absolute scumbags.

Scammers. This “company” epitomises everything wrong in modern society,Avoid at all costs.
Scumbags
Make payment purposefully difficult in the hopes you mess it up then when you do they sting you for a £170 parking fine. Scamming thieving scumbags.
DO NOT EVER USE THESE CAR PARKS
‘Bank Park - The friendly face of parking,’ pretending to be a charitable and ethical company and yet in reality they are anything but. They have deliberately displayed contradictory signage at the Arundel Street car park in Sheffield to steal people’s money. My advice, do not ever park in one of their car parks, I certainly won’t be and intend to spread the word about them as far as possible.
ok why is this still going on
ok why is this still going on? -appealing on both their systems and this IAS organisation isnt working- I visited this site and it is the only time that I have had any useful info-
Don't even deserve the one star but had…
Don't even deserve the one star but had to put something there. Fined! Even though I was misled into overpaying for parking on their app! Didn't say it closes at 6pm let me pay until 1am as I was working nearby had to leave job to come back and move my car! Oh and good luck with appeals!! There is no human you can talk to better to find owner of company on companies house!! GOOD LUCK!!

Charged me for no reason even though I paid to park!!! Customer service don’t even help!!
Absolutely a scam company
Absolutely a scam company. Avoid using there Carpark at all cost! Doesn’t matter if you paid for your parking or not you will be sent a £170 fine. Disgusting people!

Hi.
I am disabled with blue badge which is fixed to visor as I cannot bend easily to remove it if on dashboard.
Anyway. I was ticketed twice on Tandem Center Coliers Wood as parked on disable space without showing blue badge. But it was , attached to visor.
So then I appealed on my iphone. Then they increased penalty. Then they start to treat me with bailif.
No contact to them, no phone number to living person.
But I found some form on internet and someone answer to me that I NEVER appealed. Really funny cos I discover that when I used iPhone I can appeal every 5 minutes and have answer that they have it.
After exchanging few emails they decided to cancel my pcn as a good will .
But this is not the end. They pcn me again.
But this time I decided to use laptop to appeal with windows and it works.
But then they decided to charge me 20 pounds only but I did not want to pay.
I contacted my local MP and she sent them letter.
Then nothing.
Few days later I had chance to appeal again from my iPhone and it works.
Then today I wanted appeal higher to IAS and to my suprise my pcn was cancelled.
But no letter, no email with decision.
I don’t think is a proper way to do business specially with parking issues.
If you need to contact living person please use this email enquiries(at)bankpark.co.uk , only way to contact them.
Did anyone else have problems at…
Did anyone else have problems at fountain street parking Hull on the 11/03/2026 their machines where down. I have just received a parking charge. I appealed and it’s been refused all though I paid on that day £5 for apparently for 3hours 20 minutes they say it wasn’t enough, and charged me £60. I did not see any signs telling me it’s pay on display. But I was in a rush because I didn’t get parked for over 20 minutes.
How can this company get away with…
How can this company get away with this. I parked in a car park for a GP surgery at 6.20pm on 2nd March 2026 and left at 6.40pm after my appointment. I had never been before and it was pitch black. I received a parking charge letter dated 7th March 2026. The photo proof shows the car in an empty car park in the dark. The charge didn't arrive until much later than the date on the letter. I appealed it on 23rd March 2026, but today (31st March 2026) I received another letter dated 21st March 2026 saying that the charge had been increased to £100. I've not had a response to my appeal yet. Unless they uphold my appeal or get someone to talk to me, there is no justification in making payment.
