I needed to change my order because I decided I needed two-sided signs. My first order was quickly canceled, and I reordered the two-sided signs. I pleased I could just click on re-order and modify it to what I wanted. Easy!

After I ordered I was sent an email…
After I ordered I was sent an email saying that if I completed my order (I delayed it for an hour before finishing) I would get 55% off on the order. I called customer service and they had no record of my order but I showed them via a screen shot, that I was charged for the order. I called back and the recommended I cancel with my Bank, which I did, and now you just send me a confirmation that the order was processed. This has been a terrible experience and I would have ordered more in the future had things gone well.
