Banner was due September 11th for a birthday event.i still do not have it and the event was yesterday. I did receive a rapid refund, but I wanted the banner.

The design software is lacking in some areas, but I got something made. The banner came when I paid for it to. Looks good, although I want to wash it because it feels awful and leaves a weird residue on my hands.

Received a beautiful banner!
I’m very happy with how the banner turned out! All of the words were visible, and it was absolutely beautiful. I honestly didn’t expect it to be done so perfectly, so you guys did an amazing job!
However, the hanging clips were missing from my order. My daughter’s baby shower is tomorrow, so there’s no need to wait for them to be shipped at this point. I would just like to receive a refund for that portion of my order.
Other than that, great job! Thank you so much! ❤️

I can only comment on the user interface, as I haven't received my just-placed order yet. Extremely straightforward and easy-to-use interface. Allows drag-and-drop images from files. The tools are simple and easy to use, letting you create a banner quickly and almost effortlessly.
