Had previous really neglectful in-hospital care (transferred from Urgent Care).....so many expensive tests, CT scans just for GERD and something I ate that an antibiotic and PPI cleared up next day. $27K. Insurance paid, ChaChing.
But this is what triggered me to write a review. I truly need this particular medication that the prescription expired. Using GOOD RX all over town and can't remember the compound names of the med. Call the doc's office right? Wrong. Front desk people have no comprehension that some medicines have to be taken daily, that it's vital. Nah, you don't fit in my front office robotic hazed maze, sorry nothing I can do. Make an appointment for next month...
It's like talking to a phone recording of menu options. I'm dropping out of this fake health organization. They're great, all their big advertising presence says so. Don't believe it.

Wow, this was an amazing experience. The service was quick and convenient and the doctor was awesome. She sent my prescription right to my pharmacy and made sure all my questions were answered. After the visit I received my visit notes via email. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

The only issue I had was registering initially. Since I am affiliated with the hospital I have an employee code that should have work when I signed in, however, it didn't work and I had to call customer service to get me logged in. Besides that, I think this is a wonderful service. I was able to be assessed, diagnosed, the prescription was called in, and I received treatment. This is a very efficient, time and a cost-saving program. A superb way to start doing healthcare!

No waiting and great service!

I had easy access to a doctor who was able to see how swollen my ankle had become. After a few questions and in consideration of my age he referred me to the nearest hospital where I was admitted and underwent several tests.

I had a terrible flu and couldn’t get out of bed, so I got this app. Care on Demand is a really easy to use platform, I was seen by a doctor within 5 minutes or so and got my meds prescribed all without leaving my bed. Highly recommend!

The online experience worked very well while I was visiting the FL Keys where medical care is very limited now, after Irma. The doctor prescribed the antibiotics that I needed.

Excellent use of Technology and eliminated the need to visit and urgent care clinic .

Woke up with a puffy eye which I though might be pink eye. Connected using the mobile app and was quickly seen by the doctor who asked me a few questions and had me point the phone camera at my eye. He was able to diagnose me with conjunctivitis and sent the prescription for the eye drops electroincially to the pharmacy I had selected. Whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. I can’t remember the last time a visit with the doctor was this convenient.

I’ve used the app twice and will recommend 1000%.
Doctors are very caring and someone would give you a call to see how you are doing. Not sure if this happens every time but I was lucky enough to receive a follow up phone call.
And it’s even cheaper than Dr on Demand.

Easy to use, very knowledgeable physician. Prescriptions were sent directly to pharmacy.

I’ve used care on demand on several occasions and so has my daughter. It has been an outstanding experience. The Physician’s have all been thorough and professional. A truly great alternative to having to rush to an emergency room, urgent care, or physician office when an immediate resolution is needed.
For minor ailments it is a God sent in out busy lives.
