The Morley store has closed but good to find stores in Osborne Park and Malaga, both have the parts for my Beefeater Covid project BBQ refurbishment ex Eastern States, excellent service with staff who know their products.

The Midland WA store is first class! Staff member Phil was a credit to the company and was super helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience, and he was super patient with me and my wife too lol... Thank you for the excellent service - and the table and chairs are top class too, loving them!

Recently purchased another brand of BBQ, not happy with the fact had to cook a steak with the lid down, this led us to search for another, BBQ’s galore met all our needs, product advise, service etc, now have a happy hubby!

Barbeques Galore Lake Haven was easy to deal with, great information and helpful staff.
Ordered a smoker who could have taken up to a month to arrive but got an early call just before Christmas that it was ready for pickup.
Pick up was super easy and staff member put it straight into my car.

Hi last week I brought a beefmaster deluxe bbq Simon was a great help i went back again and brought a big outside umbrella i want thank madersen for her great help and took a great effort to explain everything to me keep up the excellent work and great customer service and I will be back again.

We bought a Ziggy for our caravan and it fits perfectly and was an excellent price! Great customer service too.

We went into BBQ Galore in midland last weekend and bought a bbq and outdoor setting, the service was great and friendly. The guy we spoke to was polite, friendly and very helpful in helping us decide on our purchases. We would recommend going into BBQ Galore, They even knocked the priceing down a bit too. They would really help you out.

Received Boxing Day specials via email, visited Chadstone store with plenty of parking available. Sales staff knew about the specials, sat in the chairs - felt very comfortable, said we would purchase and sales staff advised delivery delay which we accepted. Processed payment and now wait for delivery. Very happy with the whole transaction.

Product is great, but the customer service was poor. When I purchased the BBQ I was assured I would receive it a week before Christmas....Christmas came and went and no item. When I called they said that no actually I would not receive it until late January. I feel like they sold me the item just to make a sale and disregarded my ask. I did end up getting the BBQ after Xmas, but before January only because I called and got upset.

Will I purchase from BBQ galore again? Probably not. Unfortunate experience

I recently bought beefmaster deluxe the at the epping store the staff were great and explained everything thing I needed to know and I loved the great range of products everything from bbqs and out doors I will be going back again.

The staff at Barbeques Galore were super helpful - we had seen the set we wanted previously, and knew the table wasn’t immediately available but wanted to take the chairs which were and so a separate pick up for the table later but still pay the package price which they arranged. Everyone I dealt with was lovely.
