The team were extremely friendly and very helpful and helped entertain my daughter throughout the full process. Really good experience all round.

Walk in on the off chance to get a knot taken out of my chain. Linda so kindly offered to help and with skill and determination she managed to get my chain knot free. Not only that but she didn't charge a penny. Thank you so very much for your kindness and help. I will most definitely go to Barclays Diamonds when looking for some new jewellery in the future

We went to the BD in Livingston Centre, everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Just a big thanks to Eva - she helped us during our first & final appointment. With a big, confusing decision finding the perfect wedding rings, she made it calm & fun with a ton of patience.

Nicole was amazing and was helpful even when we hadnt stepped inside the shop. Her friendly approach helped us select 2 watches for my sons graduation gift. Dave was also super friendly and both gave expert advice. We appreciated the time that they spent with us and the extra small gift that they gave him

I can summarise what made my experience great in just one word - Dean! I came into Argyll Arcade around 6 weeks ago for my first look at engagement rings. Dean was one of the first people I spoke to and seemed very approachable and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand that I was new to looking at rings and to run through the different shapes, sizes and styles on offer, and then he followed up by sharing some details for me to review at home as well. I viewed many other shops over the following weeks but felt most confident coming back to see Dean thanks to this first impression.

When I came in to the shop to buy my ring Dean was very professional but also very friendly in his approach, was not pushy on any particular item and very accommodating of questions.

In my experience of after-care, Dean was also great at arranging for me to come in for a resizing and helped facilitate this at a time that worked for me.

Overall; my partner loved her engagement ring, the entire team were friendly and welcoming, and the experience was made extra personal and special thanks to Dean!

My husband had decided he wanted to treat me to a pair of pearl earrings. The first shop we entered was Barclays Diamonds in Argyll Arcade. We didn't know very much about Pearl's. We had the pleasure of being introduced to a young man 'Dean' first impressions, warm, attentive, welcoming and service with a full on smile. Dean had a very broad knowledge of Pearl's and was able to talk us comfortably through the different kinds in order for us to make a decision fairly easy about what type of pearl we wanted to purchase. We did visit another few jewellers within the arcade however quickly found ourselves back with Dean in no time at all. The knowledge he had had along with the service he provided already had us happily confident to buy from Barclays Diamonds and from Dean in person. I am so happy with my Mikimoto Pearl's Dean they are just so stunning. Dean's customer service didn't stop there. After I purchased the earrings I contacted Dean enquiring about a cloth to clean them. Dean went to great lengths to contact Mikimoto on my behalf to sort this out for me and although they no longer routinely supply these he has very kindly acquired me one. It's been a real pleasure to deal with Dean. His passion and knowledge for his job shines just like his personality. Keep up the good work. There should be more people in the world like you.

Great service and very polite and helpful team

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful experience. I purchased a £220 necklace as an anniversary gift for my Wife which broke in little over a week.

I returned to the store to be told that it wasn't covered by the warranty and would cost £45. I was unwilling to pay this amount as I could have had it repaired at a much smaller cost elsewhere. I agreed with the salesperson (Dave) that he would check with the manufacturer to see if it could be covered by the warranty after all. It was agreed that he would then contact me by phone with their answer and I would then make a decision.

However, they went ahead and made the costly repair without my permission. I would never have approved this due to the cost. I was then left with no choice but to make the payment in order to get the necklace back.

This has been an extremely negative experience which has tainted what should have been a happy occasion.

I do not recommend this store.

I came into the argyle street store to have a look at rings, the service was amazing! Totally recommend. Dave and Rachel were great help x

Today my wife and I were Xmas shopping in The Center Livingstone when as we passing Barclays Diamonds I popped in and asked them if by chance they removed rings as my wife had a gold ring she has had on for years and it was starting to cause her problems.
The young lady in the picture who served said they did and invite us to take a seat .
Well 3 cuttings rings a help from a male colleague who also had a short sprint to a nearby BD,s the offending ring was removed.
On asking for the bill my wife was told there would be charge.
So to sum up lovely friendly staff, amazing service and the jewellery shop itself was immaculate.
So on behalf of my wife and we Woolf like to thank you all.

Eunice and Rebecca at Barclays Diamonds Livington Centre were very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful when we went to purchase a replacement wedding band/ eternity ring for my wife today. Very glad we went to the correct jeweller. They spent two hours helping get the exact ring required. Thank you

Enquired about a pre owned rolex watch. Was told they could source me one. Took the shops buisness card so i could phone them as dont stay in that area. Few months later found one and again asked to speak to the lady I spoke to a few months back regarding buying a rolex. Was told she was busy and would phone me back, took my details and still to this day waiting for that phone call back. There loss. Went back to glasgow and went to the Switzerland watch shop and bought from themselves in July. Your loss is there gain

Went into Livingston shop today with my elderly parents. My mum hasn’t been able to wear her wedding rings due to illness and was looking for a solution which didn’t end up in her rings being cut. The staff could not do more for them, 3 rings were cleaned and they went out their way to source a silicon ring adjuster which they proceeded to place on all 3 rings meaning she could once again wear them. I can’t thank you enough she smiled all the way home and keeps showing people her rings. A true act of kindness and you made an old lady very happy

Went into the argyle arcade on Monday 5/5/25 just to price wedding rings and ended up buying them carol (I think was the lady's name) was fantastic with myself and partner the service was amazing didn't feel rushed or like they wanted a quick sale, we got matching rings and the manager ran to chislom&Hunter for the last 1 of the 2 😍 couldn't recommend them enough ❤️ we don't get married till next Oct and on the way out both ladies asked for picks of the day ove course we shall oblige 😁 x

absolutely brilliant from start to finish!
Aisling was our consultant and attended to us straight away when we had looked in the window!
We went in to discuss and were made to feel instantly comfortable and welcome, being offered a drink and Dean the manager taking an interest straight away being so friendly. I work in sales myself and I can totally see how these guys make it so special offering all options and totally getting what I was looking for. Had an absolute laugh with Dean and Aisling and can tell they are knowledgeable and enjoy their job- totally doing the extra mile at every turn.
I was kept up to date with my order and my fiancé didn’t pick his ring at that moment but was not felt to be pressured, Aisling got in contact re a special weekend in case he fancied it but again no pressure!
When I picked my ring up I was instantly greeted by all staff who remembered us which is great as I know it’s hard to keep track of so many faces!

Couldn’t recommend enough! Aisling was outstanding and will go so far in that job she’s unreal!!!
