I was looking in the window at the watches and was approached by Miriam who kindly asked if she could help and I said yes's. We went inside and I was with my mum she was treating me to a watch for my 40th birthday. Miriam was so helpful kind and polite. Very chatty and was really interested in getting me the right watch. She was so helpful. I would definitely go back to see Miriam if I was looking for anymore jewellery. I can say that we had been at a few shops along the arcade before I met Miriam and none of them had the same atmosphere and approach as the staff in the shop.
