Great communication, good value for money and very fast delivery. The marble alphabet set went down really well with my grandchildren.

The Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Dinosaur box was torn. .
I think it might have been damaged before packing due to being torn in the same place both sides.
It was poorly packed and the cardboard box was too big, too thin and had been knocked in on the bottom and one side.
I would not have chosen to buy an item in a damaged presentation box on the High Street.
I have no choice but to keep it and send it to the recipient as there is no time to change it.

I sent in a request to return an item after it was sent to me very damaged. I was sent to a returns portal but there was no option to send it back for free, as I should be able to do because the item is so damaged. A few emails back and forth and four days later and I’m still trying to get clear information about how to send it back for free. Will be looking to contact trading standards soon if this doesn’t get resolved. It’s always a risk purchasing from a company you’ve never heard of - on this occasion it definitely has not been worth it and I certainly won’t risk using them again. I’m just very relieved it’s a less than £25 item and not something more expensive!

Avoid True Toys if you care about customer service. I returned an item on 8 September, and it was delivered to ZigZag Returns on 10 September.
They held onto my money for nearly three weeks. My funds were only finally released on 28 September after an unacceptable delay. While I eventually got my money back, a customer should never have to wait this long for a standard refund. I will not be shopping here again.

We have bad experience with this company.
Before their name was Bargain Max.
Now it is True Toys.
We bought 3 toys: car garage, Dolu first trike and cookie monster teddy with sound.
Dolu tricycle came without basket on the back. I informed them and I wanted missing part but they only offered £5 back.
Product seems to be of not good quality and flimsy I told them when I inquired about missing part.My toddler used this trike inside home for short time and the connected part of the wheel broke down and after that other side of the another wheel was also not good.It is not safe to use for my child.
We sent emails and photos. We politely asked for full refund for Dolu trike as the item is not in working condition and not safe.They sent us link for refund what didn't work. When I told them it is impossible to do refund they send me the same link again. Their email said proceed with return regardless of the weight displayed during the process. I followed instructions but unfortunately it wasn't possible to submit and after they didn't contact us at all.
I think is best to avoid this company mainly because of customer service doesn't help if there is a problem and we have been ignored.

Ordered one day arrived the next. Packed well exactly what was ordered can’t fault.

Terrible, 90 quid order ten percent discount code with one day to use, all bar one item discounted so should have worked on rest, gave me less than 30p off the discounted item, nothing off the other 86 pounds worth, emailed and got told maybe I did it on the wrong date, sorry but I can read, sent proof and screenshot etc and was told oh so sorry it didn't work for you etc nothing like other companies who sort it by giving a new code...... eventually got another code a different way and again 90 quid order gave me 14p off, say 10 percent to get you to look then scam as not even 2 percent and some will still order as they want the item etc, also found all products cheaper even the om3 they had marked down, found that 11 pound cheaper than the sale price lol so not as cheap as they make out. Will stick with the entertainer and argos, at least they have fab customer service and their codes work properly

Well laid out site with good prices also. Kept me up to date with delivery details, fast delivery also. Bought the bike early for grandsons Xmas present. Easy to site to order from. Would use the site to order future bikes for both my grandsons in the future.
