True Toys Reviews

Terrible, 90 quid order ten percent discount code with one day to use, all bar one item discounted so should have worked on rest, gave me less than 30p off the discounted item, nothing off the other 86 pounds worth, emailed and got told maybe I did it on the wrong date, sorry but I can read, sent proof and screenshot etc and was told oh so sorry it didn't work for you etc nothing like other companies who sort it by giving a new code...... eventually got another code a different way and again 90 quid order gave me 14p off, say 10 percent to get you to look then scam as not even 2 percent and some will still order as they want the item etc, also found all products cheaper even the om3 they had marked down, found that 11 pound cheaper than the sale price lol so not as cheap as they make out. Will stick with the entertainer and argos, at least they have fab customer service and their codes work properly

Excellent service and quality of toy
Great shop

Good shop had no issues with customer service wes polite and sorted the issue out . Very good prices.. will be back

Well laid out site with good prices also. Kept me up to date with delivery details, fast delivery also. Bought the bike early for grandsons Xmas present. Easy to site to order from. Would use the site to order future bikes for both my grandsons in the future.

Very happy good quality

Great Balance Bike, reasonable price. Prompt delivery with tracking information. arrived in good condition and well packaged. Overall very pleased. Would recommend this company

I previously had a great experience with Bargain max. However I returned some items all sent back together in one box but was only refunded for one of the items in the box. I connected them and they said they hadn’t recieved the items at all despite me sending tracking info and saying I had been refunded for one but not the others. Never got my money back. EXTREMELY DODGEY. AVOID!

I was searching everywhere for a purple scooter for my great niece. I have been searching for 2 months and nearly given up when True toys appeared, I ordered it and I received it two days later, absolutely pleased with how quickly I received it, easy ordering and true toys do a lot of great deals and so many different toys!!

Good service from start to finish . Would buy from this company again . Also cheapest price around .

A great price for the Bluey hoodie fleece I bought for my grandson for xmas. Good quality and a great service from this company.

Quick and simple delivery.. and good prices

Really bad experience and paid extra for it to come next day and still not received plus it’s my sons birthday and he’s had no presents due to you not sending the parcel.delivery service has been awful and communication is horrible too.

Arrived quickly as described

Products are as described . Good quality and decent prices. Fast delivery . Excellent shop

Excellent service. Speedy delivery and great prices. I will definitely order from this company again. Highly recommended.

The toys weren't flawless, they were clearance however, and the kids won't even notice. Came quickly and at an amazing price.

Honestly great service really quick transaction and delivery.
Thanks JW

Great prices, fast delivery and my son is going to be over the moon!

I’ve placed several orders from TrueToys; the items I have received have been of good value and were genuine products.
However, two main issues have arisen:
Firstly, a specific item I have ordered multiple of across different orders has frequently arrived damaged due to the poor packaging not securing them inside the box - the boxes have also been damaged badly on occasions.
Secondly, I have had orders cancelled abruptly a day or two after being placed due to an ‘error’ with their ‘stock levels’ displayed on their website.
