They declined my return
They declined my return of 3 bark crocs. They arrived may 27th and i tried to return them on june 1st. I have 3 different sized dogs and got one of each size. Unfortunately, they aren't a good fit for 2 of my dogs and I explained to the agent why. I did see that their 100% happiness refund policy said they do not take returns due to the edible nature. But I did not buy edible products.
They offered me a 50% refund of the 2 crocs that did not fit. I accepted it.

My pup loves the toys
My pup loves the toys. He knows when the bag comes in the mail. I give him one toy every other day by the time the new bag comes he’s destroyed the ones he got he’s wicked rough on toys.
Dogs love
out of all the dog toy brands my pups love these the most. really high quality and i find the squeakers to have a bit of a unique sound and duration compared to other brands out there. SUPER durable. i’ve never used their subscription service i’ve always just opted to buy the toys i know my dogs will like. their favorites are any of the hide-a-toy styles. great products. great company.
Great customer service and products.
I've used barkbox yearly subscription twice. Once I had to end it early when my dog passed away. They not only refunded the months I didn't get, which is more than I expected, but they sent me a condolence message and a resource for grief counseling. I brought in a new dog and couldn't have plastic with the super chewers box and after contacting customer service I never saw any plastic in the boxes. That Christmas they sent me an email reminding me that a loss in my life can make the holidays tough and give me grief counseling resource again.
I liked the variety of toys and treats. Some toys you could hide treats in, some toys my dog liked to throw around, and some he liked to just chew on. Some may look like one's he got but he's a dog and loved them all.

I love the treats that I get and so does Honey. Honey loves the toys. They are pretty sturdy but she always chews the material off of them and swallows it. I look forward to getting the boxes and seeing what you have sent.

After I got auto renewal turned off
After I got auto renewal turned off, ended up paying some scam company 21.95. Then they sent repeat toys!!!
Canceling is difficult!
Customer service just placates me with more cheap toys!!
I cant believe they are even in business!!!

Shipping is SO SLOOOWWWW!
First, the positive my dog loves the treats, and the one customer service rep I have spoken to was AMAZING. Now the not so good and the bad. The toys aren't very sturdy unless they are the nylon only toys. The box gets paid for by auto draft on the 1st, mine didn't ship until the 8th. It is the 13th and isn't showing in my state as of yet. A 2 week ship time is ABYSMAL. My first box shipped really quickly, but this 2nd one has been so slooooooowwwwwww! 2 stars because of the treats and the customer service rep. If they fix the shipping I'll up it to 4 stars. I don't like that they charge you at the beginning of the month (way before it's actually shipped). It's the 12th and it has says pending in the warehouse since they charged me. I've already gotten a hold of them and they just say some bs!! Still waiting. I'll just go buy my dog's toys myself after this bs is done!

I paid for a 12-month subscription. They took my money and then canceled my subscription for no reason. They don't seem very reliable or very concerned about their customers.
I signed up once, but if you don't take your customers seriously, you can count me out.

this is a horrible company that locks…
this is a horrible company that locks you in without being aware of it. they state free cancellation anytime but this is not true. Its scary when a company has your bank info and they just keep charging you and there isnt a thing you can do about it. And when i did cancel i get all these emails whats the problem , your dog will be sad , this company is a rip off artist and im ready for a class action

Great experience with Barkbox. CS reached out to me when they saw a review that my dog had an issue with one of the toys. I was very happy with the quality of the products.
My guy loved the treats and the toys!
No cancellation button
I canceled another dog subscription the same week (inflation got me) took literally five minutes. No questions asked. I was impressed.
This company made it a process.
I clearly asked to cancel, and instead of honoring that, they held it up, put my account on pause, waiting for me to respond with a reason. That turned into a drawn-out back-and-forth just to do something that should be instant.
My dog didn’t love the product. That’s all. And I shouldn’t have to justify canceling in the first place.
No easy cancel button, no refunds, delayed action, and unnecessary friction. It feels intentional and deceiving.
The worst is, I was wanting to come back at some point, once my dog got used to her surplus of product, but because of the frustrating cancellation, we won't be back.
