Barrel Global Reviews

Our contact did a great job of communicating through the whole process. Responded in a timely fashion to questions. Lent his expertise in helping our group select a couple barrels with which we will be very satisfied. Already contemplating what our next barrel purchase might be.

Very easy purchasing process. I had many doubts but Juan Andrés was very patient and clear in his explanations. He answered promptly all my questions and kept track of my purchasing process.

After contacting Barrel Global about purchasing barrels Charles Keller took me under his wing and led me professionally through every step of the way. He showed great patience with my in depth questions and slight doubts about alternatives but carefully eliminated all of my worries. He gave me a good idea of which bourbon barrels would be good for my budget. Nothing seemed too much or too little to ask of him. Thanks to Charles's caring approach and knowledge, I decided on quite a large portfolio which I feel totally comfortable with. I look forward to seeing my assets grow. I would recommend Charles and the rest of the team at Barrel Global to my friends or family who are thinking of giving bourbon barrel ownership a try. I look forward to the upcoming tours and tastings! Thank you Charles.

Charles answered all my questions and made the purchase process pain free. Three weeks ago, I knew nothing of this asset class...now, I can't wait to buy more barrels.

Thanks, Charles!!!

Barrel Global - Mr. Charles Keller has been my personal barrel broker for purchases to date. Whether asking investment related questions or discussing family he has been a fantastic broker. Additionally, Charles has always made himself available when needed, a huge plus. I look forward to growing my investment portfolio with Charles. Sincerely, Timothy

Easy to get in touch with. Transparent with all details

This was a fantastic experience, working with Charles and Dannie through the entire process. The both were there from day 1, on the phone and by email with any questions that I had. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision and I took my time, Charles and Dannie were there and very patient with me!
Fantastic experience, I hope it only gets better, now that I have a barrel! Highly recommend this company.

Thanks,
Troy

Very smooth transactions. Wish the portal was more set up at this point.

Dannie made the experience A+! He’s knowledgeable and walks you through the steps to become a bourbon investor, barrel owner, or even create your own bourbon brand. Ground breaking company, breath of fresh air. Definitely worth the look if this is what interests you!

Dannie Strable and Barrel Global are a top notch platform for anyone looking not only to become a bourbon/spirit enthusiast, but for those who are wanting to learn about the products along the way! Could not be happier to have made this connection and the experience is nothing short of first-class.

Whole process was very transparent and frictionless.

Communication was great throughout the whole experience. Dannie answered all my questions in timely manner and made the entire process very simple. Can't wait to work with Barrel Global again, as I continue to expand my whiskey portfolio.

The communication from the salesman was amazing! He was able to quickly answer all of my questions and make the buying experience seamless and special. I can not wait until I'm ready to make my next purchase with them!

The team was very responsive as a deadline approached. The buying process was easy and online, no technological quirks, stratightforward.

Charles was a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable. He understood what I needed and was able to meet my needs. Outstanding bourbon and service!

This was a very smooth process to secure a barrel for holding for ‘maturation’.
