Hvis du leder efter et fantastisk sted at bo i Aarhus, kan jeg varmt anbefale Aarhus Basecamp! Beliggenheden er super, faciliteterne er i top, og stemningen er både afslappet og social. Det har virkelig gjort min tid i Aarhus endnu bedre!

It's currently one year and a half that I live in Basecamp Copenhagen South. It's one of the best options here, the common areas are great and the room are nice and already furnished.

I don't know why no one says it publicly, maybe out of fear, but things can't continue like this.
The photos on the website are not close to reality.

THIS IS STUDENT RESIDENCE REVIEW, HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL.

The situation in the kitchens is unsustainable, dirt, disorder, mess, and really little space... how is it possible that people are so dirty? But also allowing this to continue happening? It doesn't make any sense.

Many choose to take a bedroom with a kitchen included, but we should not be forced to do so. I know of several cases of people who saw the public kitchens and that same week they were asking for a room change, with the monetary cost that this implies, it is very unfair and unpleasant.

I wish google accepted the pictures…

Oh, and let’s not forget: you will have to buy absolutely EVERYTHING, your public kitchen may have like 7 pans and a bunch of plates around, where are we supposed to leave all our kitchen supplies and amenities?
There is no microwave, toaster or coffee maker, keep in mind, you will have to buy if you are used to using that kind of appliances.

Garbage containers are usually full. There are many of us, but if they need to be emptied more often it shouldn't be a problem. Also, it wouldn't be bad to include insect repellents and an automatic air freshener in the garbage room.

Legend says that there were several vacuum cleaners available for cleaning, but poor loan management and misuse by roommates who used them they are no longer allow to borrow. You'll have to buy a broom or bother your friend to lend you his own vacuum cleaner :(

They have not replaced the vacuum cleaners, which we urgently need!!!

The laundry needs maintenance, apart from the fact that the price of the washer and dryer is high, how is it possible that the machines are so dirty or out of working order?
This is the case for a few machines every week.

We pay a high price for our accommodation, we want the facilities to be in good condition, more cleaning is needed in the public areas please.
I have several friends and acquaintances who decided to move as soon as the contract ended due to their displeasure.

Well, since not everything was going to be bad, the rooms are spacious, and although your inner courtyard neighbors or people on the street may see you changing or the mess you have, it is nice to have private bathroom.

The team responsible for Basecamp Dortmund are aware of all these situations. I hope that in the coming weeks we residents will have solutions soon. I'll delete this review then, in the meantime look elsewhere if these issues are inconvenient for you.
