Basma is an excellent invisible teeth aligner service, good follow up on app and what's, a broad network of clinics in Saudi Arabia, and they allow services in other countries in the middle east of you are living between different countries.

Very positive experience, very responsive customer service team, great feedback and guidance. They are always available for your question when you need them.

من افضل عيادات تقويم الأسنان بالقوالب النتيجه مرضيه والرحله كانت سهله تجربتي معاهم كانت 9 اشهر ماواجهت اي مشاكل او تاخير والنتيجه كانت مرضيه فيه كثير من العيادات تسوي نفس نوع التقويم قالي لكن من خلال بحثي بسمتي افضل عياده واشكر الأخت نوره على حسن تعاملها

The process has been super easy and the results are better than I expected. There is always someone on hand to contact with queries, the orthodontists are transparent throughout and you are kept up to date through the journey. I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my experience with Basma from the team to the service. Everything was great. 😊 This was my second time getting braces. My first time with Invisalign its way better than the first time and the results were from the beginning visible I enjoyed the fact that it was quick and it didn’t take more than eight months. ❤️‍🔥

I’ve had a frustrating experience with BASMA. Several times, I’ve received aligners that are loose and don’t properly fit my teeth. This issue has persisted even after I redid my dental scan at my own expense to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, the problem still hasn’t been resolved, which has been disappointing.

Overall, I’m happy with my clear aligner journey, but it hasn’t been without its frustrations.

The final result is excellent and I’m really pleased with how my teeth have turned out. I followed the process properly from start to finish, wearing the aligners exactly as instructed and staying consistent throughout. That commitment has definitely paid off in the end result.

That said, the journey itself took significantly longer than expected. Progress felt quite slow at times, despite doing everything by the book. Communication with Basma was also a bit inconsistent. Sometimes responses were quick and helpful, but other times it took several days to get a reply. This had a knock-on effect on the overall timeline, particularly when it came to ordering the next sets of aligners.

On a few occasions, I ended up wearing the same set of aligners for over five weeks instead of the recommended two, simply because the next set hadn’t been arranged in time. That was frustrating and made the process feel more drawn out than it needed to be.

In summary, the end result is great and I’m very happy with my smile, but the journey could have been smoother and better managed in terms of communication and timelines.
