Great communication, fantastic bass and a fast delivery - would definitely go back again.

I recently bought a rickenbacker 4003 2005 , the bass was a couple of Hundred cheaper than I had seen them, and when it arrived (3 days) it was absolutely mint, the set up they did for me was as I like it, I recommend Bass bros too anyone.

I bought a Fender Marcus Miller Jazz from these guys and the entire experience was top notch. Will deffo use them again.

The instrument was well described online. Spoke with Will who told me a bit more about it. The transaction was straightforward, and it was sent by courier the next morning. The bass plays really well. I am very happy with the instrument and BassBros. Thank you!

Will is a very good no nonsense person to deal with .
I have bought six plus basses from him over a two year period and they have all been top notch and most importantly reasonably priced !.
The first bass I bought was a Fender PB57 MIJ and he personally delivered it himself and is also always willing to do a part exchange !.

I am French and I saw an amazing Music Man Stingray at a very good price.
I did not hesitate much to order it. And even if it would maybe have been a lot more practical to buy it in France, I can now say that I absolutely don't regret my choice. Will has a real expertise both in the accompaniment and in the quality of his instruments.

Made an appointment to visit the Bassbros showroom and try out a few different basses with the prospect of part exchanges.

The showroom is nicely put together and there are a plethora of basses on show - something for everyone's tastes I'm quite sure. Will was friendly and hands-off in his approach, allowing me to peruse the collection and try various basses at my leisure. In total I was there for about 45 minutes, in which he gave me fair valuations on my part-ex items and answered any questions I had on different basses. Ultimately walked away with a lovely USA MusicMan SUB bass and will surely be keeping an eye on the site for a future visit. Highly recommend!

Will was great start to finish, whole trade was done in less than 30 mins with plenty of opportunity to sit and play the bass I came in for, was made to feel very welcome, the gallery / playing area is lovely and the gear on show and available is tremendous.

Just sold my Musicman Stingray through Bass Bros. The service from starting finish was excellent, Will is extremely knowledgeable on the market and managed to achieve the price I was after for the bass. Will and his colleagues really know their stuff. Good range of basses, and I was lucky enough to find an '03 Alembic Brown Bass, which is beyond beautiful - and the BB Techie set it up really well. Packaging was secure, rapid despatch and no dramas, just excellent service and an absolutely gorgeous bass ... beyond my (pretty freaking high) expectations.

Never been a fan but the Reggie Hamilton 2005 Jazz Bass is fantastic. The sustain is amazing just as you guys said. Setup is beautiful and fast delivery too. Very very happy BassGirl finally a Fender I love 😃🤫
