The service from Bass Bros was exceptional from the start! My initial questions were answered almost immediately and the set up I requested was perfectly carried out. I live on a British Island where deliveries can be an issue, but this was shipped out the next day and arrived within 3 working days! The bass was exactly as described and I honestly can't rate Bass Bros high enough! Outstanding!

Stumbeled across BassBros by accident when I was looking to step up from my Ibanez Talman. Spotted an immaculate 2021 Fender Player Jazz Fretless on their website at a very reasonable price. After a quick delivery, I was over the moon with this simple, practical 4 string. The set-up was perfect and so was the condition of the instrument. Whatever your budget, I'd recomment as BassBross a first choice for aquiring a quality used, or nearly new bass guitar.

Ordered a fretless bass and it came in perfect setup.
Also arrived very fastly in Switzerland.

They have a great collection of used instruments, professional workshop.

I’m the lucky man to have won a fantastic Ibanez MC824 bass through Bass Bros’ online competition. I received the email with the news on the day of the competition, which made my day! Will and the team at Bass Bros are excellent! Great communication throughout the buying process, basses were really well packaged and no issues with delivery. I highly recommend Bass Bros if you're in the market for used bass gear, they have great stock, prices are reasonable oh and the basses turn up ready to play with a decent set up on them.

Will Garner and colleagues at Bassbros have created an amazing shop for all bassists. They are incredibly well informed and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Communications both via email and telephone are incredibly efficient and helpful. They really put their customers first. I can highly recommend them. 5star and first class.

I visit their site regularly as they stock some very special bass guitars. I'd had my eye on a particular bass for a couple of weeks, and just had to pull the trigger on it. I spoke to Will at BB who was extremely helpful. I was also asked how I would like the bass to be set up. It arrived the next day and had been extremely well packaged! It was exactly as described and the setup was perfect!

I purchased a stunning warwick off of the bass bros website in brilliant condition for a reasonable price. upon arrival i was pleasantly surprised that the instrument was setup perfectly and matched the images displayed! with quick delivery (late friday evening-tuesday morning) and high quality instruments i cant recommend more! very happy
