Quick, efficient and speedy sale. Will from BassBros was friendly with great communication. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their bass.

Last week I received fantastic service from BassBros. My much loved. but no longer being used Stingray5 was collected by BassBros courier on Wednesday, delivered to them on Thursday and the agreed sum paid into my bank on Friday. I hope it finds a new home and is regularly gigged/played as it should be. I can't recommend BassBros highly enough and will certainly be using their excellent services in the future.

This is the second bass I’ve bought from Bass Bros and as always, the service was fantastic. Communication from Will was brilliant, delivery was extremely quick and the bass was better than expected. Will happily buy from Bros Bros again.

I part exchanged a bass and Will was able to send over a reasonable offer, clear invoice and collection arrangements for my bass promptly. Once he received my bass and the remainder was paid off, it was dispatched the next working day and arrived well packaged the following day. It played perfectly straight out the box and was set up well. Overall, a seamless transaction.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Will at BassBros as he was extremely professional and knowledgable throughout my purchase and couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring as he was always prompt in replying to my emails. Whilst scrolling through the BassBros website (who doesn't love doing that?) I checked their amplification section just to see that they had a Vanderkley 212MNT cab for sale that was quite frankly being listed at a ridiculous low price for what it was. I wasn't in the market at the time but always fancied a high performance, lightweight 2x12 cab. I had looked at Barefaced, Bergantino & Vanderkeley but all were well over £1000. Until I came across this preowned Vanderkley on BassBros. I just couldn't say no. & this one came with the genuine, fitted, Vanderkley cab cover too. So It had to be mine :)
The cab was delivered quickly & extremely well packaged - even with my excitement to get plugged in it was a battle to get through the delivery packaging!
Once unpacked & checked over the cab looked & felt brand new. No scratches or scuffs anywhere - just a couple of tiny (insignificant & expected) scuffs on the padded cover itself. The cab was immaculate.
Once plugged in the sound from the 2x12 Faitel Pro drivers was everything I hoped it would be. Detailed highs, clear mids & a crushing low end. Pretty much all my active basses needed to have their eq's cut back due to how efficient the drivers are & my passive basses sounded just as good. Despite it being a pre-owned item BassBros clearly choose their stock carefully. It may have been a 'new' cab to me but looks & sounds like a brand new product.
Just goes to show that it's worth checking the BassBros website regularly - who knows what gem you may find. Thanks again Will & BassBros.

Superb service, I trust what I get from Bass Bros

At my request, Will pretty much left me alone on the sofa with a Musicman Sterling USA and my headphone practice amp for two (maybe three? Sorry!) hours, bar the occasional check and coffee/drink offer. It worked, we bonded and I bought it, and love it. No hard sell, just a customer being listened to, and his wishes adhered too. If only every retail experience was like this. Thanks Will - highly recommended to all.

Excellent service, fast delivery, and a truly wonderful vintage bass at a good price. The instrument arrived exactly as described in the ad and set up precisely as requested, while communication and follow up with Will was friendly and helpful throughout. All in all a very positive experience.
