Shocking, still waiting for my order!
I ordered a shower tray for my bathroom, paid over £600 plus £80 to have it delivered last week Wednesday which did not happen. It was then supposed to be Thursday then today and still don’t have an ETA whilst I have plumbers showing up everyday. Customer service won’t answer the phone either. Shocking service!

We are very sorry to hear of the frustration you’ve experienced regarding your recent order.
Firstly, We'd like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay, especially given the disruption it has brought to your bathroom works. We fully understand how stressful scheduling can be when contractors are involved.
To clarify, your order was placed on the 10th of April and dispatched on the 14th. Unfortunately, we were informed on the 15th that the item was damaged in transit. A replacement was immediately dispatched on the 16th. Our delivery estimates are 2–3 working days from dispatch; however, due to the Easter holidays, our warehouse and customer service team were closed during this period — a closure clearly communicated on our website and via our pre-holiday email campaign.
We absolutely recognise how frustrating the lack of communication during this time must have felt. That said, the circumstances surrounding the delay were exceptional, and we acted promptly once the issue was identified.
In light of your request for a full refund, we are more than happy to assist.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Good product, Comms could be better.
Bath is great, exactly what was needed for our tiny bathroom.
I placed the order at a weekend, and although the payment went out instantly there was no confirmation email til the next working day. Didn't get any updates around it being dispatched - the site did say 3-5 working days, so we went from your order has been received to expect a delivery today!

Bathshed delivered a mixed experience
Bathshed delivered a mixed experience, but overall, they showed professionalism and efficiency. Their customer service team swiftly resolved delivery issues that arose due to courier errors, ensuring my products arrived safely. Communication was generally good, and items were well-packaged and in excellent condition. Despite initial frustrations, their helpful staff redeemed the experience. Would order again.

Modern take of a classic design.

Great Service / Fast Delivery
After being let down at short notice by another supplier, a quick phone call to Bathshed got me back on track with my bathroom refurb. They shipped me the large slate shower tray I needed and transported it from Ireland to Southampton UK in super quick time. Great service all round. Thank you.

My experience was great,bacause I received the receipt automatically seconds after the payment, together with the tracking number. The product arrived few days after and it was exactly what I have ordered. I had absolutely no issues during the purchase and the delivery process.

Amazing service!!
Placed an order for a bath on Friday after another company made huge errors on my bathroom design which ment I was under pressure from my builder to find a bath with the existing plumbing for the previous bath purchased (from Wickes). Bath shed had the perfect bath which arrived on the Tuesday! I was over the moon with the speedy delivery especially with it being shipped to me in the UK. Really fast and easy process, communication was great and the currier waited for me to inspect before leaving. Brilliant service

Excellent customer service from Kaila
I ordered a shower tray from Bathshed. The following day, I received an email telling me that the item was in stock and would shortly be dispatched.
One week later, I hadn't heard anymore, or received my order. I emailed Bathshed, to find out what was happening.
Someone called Kaila Gallagher replied to me, very quickly. She promptly found out where my order was (there were teething problems with a new courier company and my order had been mixed up with someone elses) and ensured that it was with me for the next day.
Kaila was extremely professional, helpful and efficient. I was pretty annoyed when I first emailed Bathshed, but she resolved everything brilliantly.

Bought a shower glass screen and was to…
Bought a shower glass screen and was to meant to get delivered on 3rd Oct was sent an email saying courier will ring and also check product before accepting as it might effect my return rights. I booked the day off work and waited and waited and no delivery. Emailed 3 times and rang twice and was told that they will check the tracking and get back to me and today is Sunday and not one email nor 1 call to tell me what has happened or where my delivery is. Now il have to cancel my payment and buy elsewhere and take another day off for delivery costing more money. Shocking service and not a company il be willing to use again, wouldn't of minded if they just communicated.
Update!
Bathshed have responded and dealt with the issue. The issue was not bathshed fault but of the courier used who unfortunately delivered the product to the wrong address (simple mistake to be honest). I have retrieved the shower screen and everything is now good. I would just like to shout our to Michael at bathshed for dealing with everything the man is a credit to the company. This will not deter me from using bathshed in the future due to the professionalism micheal showed.
