We found bb mortgages on Google after being declined by several other brokers due to a mix of personal circumstances — bad credit, self-employed, and me being on maternity leave. At that point, i genuinely thought getting a mortgage would be impossible and to complex for us, and we started to lose hope with our SO journey and the house we had reserved prior.
Until we came across alex, from the very first conversation, Alex made the case feel heard, reassured us through every step, and supported us. He took the time to fully understand the case and worked his absolute hardest to find a lender and solutions to the multiple problems and issues which kept arising, such as when our first mortgage application was unexpectedly declined due to an ‘environmental factor’.
Throughout the entire process, Alex went above and beyond. kept us updated at every new step of the journey, he explained everything clearly, and was always there to answer our questions — no matter how small. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for us and our case was second to none.
Thanks to Alex’s dedication, he managed to find & secure our mortgage with another lender and we are finally moving into our first home tomorrow as a family — something we didn’t think would happen because of how rocky our journey was🤣 the amount of times we thought we would have lost the house we reserved! We’re beyond grateful for everything he’s done for us even taking on the jobs which he didn’t have to do!
