Searching for a mortgage broker, I wanted to use a local business. I found BB mortgages on a web search. You never really know what you’re going to get from web searches, but I was delighted with BB Mortgages. Buying a home is a very personal and emotional decision. From my first call, they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. They clearly had a comprehensive range of lenders they can seek the best rates and terms from, more importantly have personal relationships with those lenders which helps to speed up the process. Their fees were transparent and reasonable. My mortgage advisor was Dean who I couldn’t fault. If you need a mortgage advisor, give them a call!

Dean goes above and beyond well and truly. He contacted us about remortgaging in perfect time to get it all sorted, explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and even delivered the paperwork to our home in person due to us having a premature baby and being unable to come in to the office so soon. He is truly the kindest man and so professional! 10/10 thank you, you are an asset to BB Mortgages!

James and his team at BB mortgages are a fantastic team always on hand for any questions or guidance you might need day or night no matter what type of questions you may have and believe me I think I've asked quite a few some I worried they'd find daft or silly but when your a first time buyer things can be scary but James and his team answered everything I asked and needed explaining couldn't of asked for more
