Online BBQ order
I ordered online, but the bbq and accessories I ordered were not available for almost a month. The site should not have let me order or given me the shipping delay. Customer service reached out to me within a couple of days to see if I wanted to change my order, but for some reason I never received the initial email. I called about 2 weeks after wondering why I hadn’t received any shipping update despite my credit card being charged. The customer service was excellent after I contacted them and deciding to maintain my order and receive it about 30 days later. It was a little complicated scheduling the delivery around a provincial holiday and Canada Day, but that’s nobody’s fault. Once, receive. The pallet with the bbq and accessories was well strapped and wrapped. Inside for some reason everything was soaking wet though the outside was dry? Despite that there was one little dent on one of the bbq doors. It seemed like a long wait and was a bit of a hassle, but I would order again because of the customer service. Keep up the good work! Thanks again!

Great selection of high quality bbq spice…
Great selection of high quality spice mixes. Only place I know locally to get meat church products. One of the seals were broke out of the 10 I ordered but that happens some times during shipping. Will order again!

Called the company in Ottawa and spoke…
Called the company in Ottawa and spoke to a rep. He asked the model number of the bbq and knew exactly what part was required. It was mailed to us. It has yet to be installed because one of the screws is stripped (on the bbq) so the under plate can’t be removed to put in the new part. Just waiting on my son to help out (to remove the screw).
