Miscommunication on the item…
Miscommunication on the item description. One person tried to charge us for returning order mixup.Lost order at one point Another fixed it, so frustrating. Seemed that there were different departments involved in the process. Overall it worked out. Like the actual product.

Napoleon 3 burner pro
Staff were excellent.I had selected the wrong fuel in error. Called the next date to change the order. Customer service walked me through to the correct model I needed. And I wound up learning that the pro model had the features I really wanted.with stainless grills and higher grade sear burned. Customer service was excellent with all the changes. The delivery was when I expected due to holidays.and the driver help me wheel the bbq right into the back yard. Great team on this from start to finish. Just need summer so I can test it out.
