Amazing beach towels.
The beach towels I received exceeded my expectations. The designs are better than any other towel on the market in my opinion. Sand just falls off them and they dry really quickly. Very good customer service from the online store as well. 100% recommend.

I had a great customer service…
I had a great customer service experience I ordered two towels one was on pre order but they checked in to see if I wanted the one in stock asap. My pre order towel had a small defect when it arrived and Derek posted me a new one immediately; I got it within 24hrs (4 days before Xmas) I was super impressed.
Love both my towels worth the investment especially if you have a partner or kids who don't shake their towels free of sand, definatly reduces the sand brought into our car and house 💕

I recently purchased towels online from Beachborne, there was a small hiccup with delivery through Aus Post. Beachborne went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Their communication was prompt and they handled everything with kindness and professionalism. They kept me updated throughout the process and ensured the towels arrived as soon as possible. I was really impressed by their customer service! IT made the experience stress-free!! Highly recommend

Amazing quality towels and incredible…
Amazing quality towels and incredible customer service! My dad ordered a towel a week before his overseas trip and emailed Beachborne as he hadn’t recieved a notification to say the order had shipped, Beachborne advised that the style he ordered was on pre order however he could pick another style and they would express ship it so he could have it in time and that’s exactly what they did, they even called him to check in. The towel came and it is amazing quality!

Unparalleled Customer Service
I havent received my towels yet but wanted to leave a service review already before i forget.
Im sure the towel are going to be amazing, but i reas the preorder date wrong.
After contacting Derek he arranged replacements that were in stock, as I was wanting them for a vacation overseas coming soon.
Derke @ Beachborne was so quick to respond (probably fastest response ever froma supplier/retailer).
Towels swapped and hopefully arriving before departure.
Huge thanks to Derek and Beachborne. Triple AAA service.
Very rare nowadays.

Beautiful products and excellent customer service
Derek and the crew at beachborne have been so helpful and great at communicating, the towels are beautiful, we had a small defect with one and the issue was resolved so quickly. A couple of towels we’ve ordered are on back order and they’ve been great at keeping us updated on the timeframe for restocking and sent out the products they had in stock. Highly recommend!

A restock ETA was also listed on both product pages, providing a clear indication of when to expect the items to be back in stock.
We are disappointed that rather than contact us directly via email or via the contact form on our website to inquire about your order, you took to a 3rd party platform.
