Love this towel!
Lightweight, soft, easy to take care of/wash and a beautiful design. Hard to find aesthetically beautiful towels and this one nails the whole brief. Will be purchasing more in future.

Takes at least twice as long to dry as a normal towel and the "sand free" is not as perfect as the marketing ads.

Hi Kerrod,
We're sorry to hear the towels didn't meet your expectations. We take our customer satisfaction very seriously and stand behind our product. We also take our marketing claims seriously, and don't believe in misleading the public with performance statistics that we have not first rigorously tested ourselves, and that are not also backed up by our customers in numerous online reviews.
It's important to note that when waffle microfibre fabric is extremely wet (saturated), the sand repellency nature of the fabric does not perform quite like it does when the towel is dry or damp like after drying your body. Also, humidity (which there has been plenty of this summer in your area) can play a role in prolonging the dry time of any towel, whether it is cotton or microfibre.
We reached out to you earlier in the week to see what we could do to make the situation right, and have not heard anything from you. Judging by your choice of a 2-star review, we are surprised we haven't heard back from you with a request to return the items for a full refund. So we'll assume you're happy enough with your Beachborne towels to continue using them, despite giving us low marks.
