I used Beacon to help me pass my CeMAP qualifications. I already worked in the mortgage industry and have tried studying for my exams by myself, but never really got anywhere. Booking on Beacon's courses was the best thing I could have done and I wish I had done it sooner. I have now passed all three CeMAP exams with distinctions in just over a month.

Brendan is an excellent trainer who made a complicated subject easy to follow. His course notes are so much easier to read through than the course text books provided by LIBF.

I passed all three units of CeMAP first time and within 7 weeks of starting the first in person classroom based course with Beacon Financial Training. I achieved a merit pass on 6 of the 7 exams. Having spent months deliberating on whether to pay for the in person course or just struggle through the course texts book alone, I feel I really made the right decision!

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to pass CeMAP.

Did the online course for CeMap and the videos and tests after each topic were a great help in getting the information in my head and making it easier to understand. I managed to pass all exams first time and got distinctions on most of them. I’m now doing the equity release course with Brendan and Beacon

Brendan's course was a lifesaver, I had been struggling in breaking down the mammoth 600 page books for a while! Thanks to Beacon this helped simply the course into digestible bitesize topics which made the information easier to retain.

Brendan was also available at the drop of a hat to go through any questions I had regarding difficult questions.

I am a visual learner and learn more in classroom base environment. I paid for an online course for CeMap 2 and 3 and am pleased to say a week of full time learning I passed.

What I like about this course is that each bit of information is explained to you so well that it just sticks.

Where do I start! I have thought about a career in mortgages for a few years but didn't know where to start. Thank goodness for Beacon! When I registered with LIBF the book was huge and very wordy, Brendans course is a condensed version of the book, the needs to know and I can honestly say I wouldn't have passed without him! I did the 4 day intense course over zoom and everything was covered. I passed Cemap 1 2 and 3 first time and in 6 months, would have been sooner but I had a baby in-between.

Brendan is thorough, knowledgeable and approachable. He is explains everything in more simpler terms.

Do not hesitate to book the course. It is worth every penny.

A good friend of mine passed the exam and recommended me Beacon Finance. As non native speaker and have no work experiences in mortgage industry, I find the online course well suited my need, I can pace myself for the online course and can ask Brendan any questions with texts and emails whenever I have questions, he always responded me promptly with very clear explanations. His support and patience is second to none, not to mention the course is well designed for passingg the exams. I have CeMAP 1 with merit and distinction, CeMAP 2 with distinction, and CeMAP 3 with merit. It shows that the course can support us to learn well and pass with good result regardless your work experiences and language background. I can not recommend more Bredan's brilliant teaching and support.

Brendan at Beacon Financial Training is a great trainer, really knowledgeable and has a brilliant way of explaining challenging topics in a way that is simpler to understand. I'm feeling really grateful to have been taught by him for CeMAP 1, 2 & 3. I dont think I would have passed without him.

Just passed CeMAP 1,2,3 using Brendan's excellent video course. Clear and in depth teaching with a focus on the areas you're likely to be tested on.

Beauty is you can keep going back over the videos to strengthen your learning until you have the confidence to take the exams.

No brainer if you are serious about passing the CeMAP exams and gaining your qualifications.

Bare in mine I only had 1 week study leave with my firm for CeMAP 1 and I truly believe that is it wasn’t for Brendan’s tutoring style and the videos I wouldn’t have passed.

I would like to thank Brendan at Beacon Financial Training for his massive help during my studies for CeMap 123. Their online videos and mock exams made everything so much simpler for me and I managed to successfully complete my qualifications in just over 3 months. I found the videos very useful and easy to follow because of the way Brendan made things memorable, using little rhymes and putting things in context for a better understanding. Would definitely recommend Becon Financial Training to anyone interested in passing CeMap exams.

Brendan is very knowledgable on the whole of Cemap and explains everything in great detail to make sure you understand. Also the use of doing a mock test after each topic I found really helpful to make sure I fully understood the topic we had gone through, would highly recommend his services for anybody looking to sit their Cemap exams

I recently, very successfully completed my CeMap 2 & 3 exams with the online video course provided by Beacon Financial Training.
The course content was broken down into manageable chunks - which was very easy to absorb. The expert delivery - with the wealth of experience that the narrator had - was truly excellent.
By comparison, I had used another company to complete my CeMap 1 training - which was dysfunctional at best, & made more difficult than it should have been.
I really cannot praise, and recommend strongly enough the professionalism & quality of Beacon Financial Training: at every touch point with the company it was responsive, supportive & enthusiastic.
I felt in safe & confident hands throughout. The back up materials were also extremely well presented, & communication throughout was superb.
I have already committed to further online education with them as a consequence of my initial educational experience. THANK YOU very much Beacon Financial Training: great job.

Just over 8 weeks ago, I was searching through CeMAP groups on Facebook and reading various reviews online looking for a training provider to get me through the exams, just like anyone reading this, and decided that Beacon Financial Training was going to be my choice.
Fast forward to today and I can't recommend them highly enough. I used them for CeMAP 1,2 & 3 and happy to say that I passed all of them first time, even with no prior industry knowledge or experience. I began the CeMAP 1 course on the 20th-23rd November 2023 and passed the exam on the 9th December, CeMAP 2&3 on the 11th-14th December, passing the exams 8th & 9th January 2024. The course material, coupled with the way in which Brendan delivers and breaks down the training topic by topic is 1st class as I didn't just "get through" the exams, I gained a very good understanding due to the knowledge transfer which made it alot easier to understand and digest (and some of the topics seem daunting)

This course was great, I really enjoyed every minute of it. It was relaxed, informal, and the perfect atmosphere (imo) for learning. We also had a laugh too, very enjoyable all round, and I met some very nice people who I got on with really well. Brendan is a great guy, and his teaching methods are excellent, he has a real talent for getting you to remember things, when doing my exams I could literally hear is voice telling me the answers. If you're looking to do any course that Brendan offers, then I am making the highest recommendation possible to do it with him. I came from an engineering background so this was a world away, that said, I got distinctions in CeMap 1 and 2, and a Merit Pass in 3 (3% away from a distinction). So thank you very much Brendan, I couldn't have done that without you. Steven.

Ive passed my CeMap1 and CeMap2 with the great marks, solely just by watching Brendan’s online videos. Even if English is not your first language, that’s not an issue at all. Brendan explains the most difficult topics in a very simple language. Getting ready now for my CeMap 3 , but feeling confident. Thank you Brendan!
