Pricing isn't transparent. A lot of issues occured with discounts not working doing Black Friday/Week.

For a danish company their shipping takes way to long.

My own order have been split during delivery, meaning a week later I'm still waiting for the handgrinder I ordered. Unacceptable.

I bought Wilfa Uniform Coffee Grinder: the grinder is simply amazing ( coming after 1 one of Wilfa Svart, which stopped to work - sent back to Amazon for a refund). The order arrived in the Netherlands after only 3 days. Great deal, incredible coffee. I highly recommend it: the coffee is super smooth, and worth every penny!!

The Wilfa coffee pot was not compatible with United States electric current. Tried to buy a converter but not workable. Threw it away. Very disappointed

I purchased the PeakWater jug as our water in Denmark (East Jutland) contains high amounts of limestone. The delivery was a bit slow and when the package arrived, it looked as if it was slightly mishandled by the delivery company. After a few emails back and forth with customer service, I got the information and confirmation needed that everything is alright. Just like I’ve read in other reviews, Viktor was also the one here to pick up my case and be of great help. Thank you !

I bought a Wilfa uniform from this store (I think at the time they were the only store that delivered this model to my country). after being very happy with it for almost 2 years the grinder started to rattle and vibrate. I reached out to Customer service and after a few days of mail exchange to clarify details Tobias and Viktor concluded that indeed I'm qualified for a product replacement. I did have to pay for the delivery but to be honest it is a far one and it seemed fair. the payment process was smooth as they kept my details from the original purchase and the delivery took only few days.

There's been a confusion on the website as the grinder that I bought was mentioned 'tax included'. However, as the item delivered, there are an extra tax that I need to pay. The reason of the 2 stars is, I contacted them to seek clarification, but till now no reply.
