Neglectful customer service
My purchased a gift of a wilfa grinder for me on bean bros website last june which inwas given in july 2023. I used it daily/twice daily most weeks and always ground 20 to 40gs of beans on every run. 2 weeks ago, it stopped working at the beginning of a cycle. After attempting to get a response on 2 form submissions, 2 emails and a message on instagram over the course of a week and half, I finally got a response. They asked what adapter I had as it was likely the cause of the issue. I reviewed the machines requirements on their site vs my adapter and found no issue. After relaying this to bean bros, they avoided messaging me back, and are simply ignoring me. The device's motor seems to have broken and well within warranty. I have contacted wilfa for support but don't expect a response until early next week.
Do not buy from this company. They are unhelpful and provide no resolution

I bought a coffee machine with a 1 week shipping time. After 10 days, no updates and the item hasn't shipped. I've been emailing them for days now and no response...

The purchasing experience is great. Super fast, super simple. Great products. However, the shipping experience needs to be improved significantly so that the customer is more aware of what's going on and overall the shipping times to the EU are vastly reduced.

April Brewer & UK delivery
I was curious to try a flat-bottom brewer as an alternative to the V60 and decided to go for the April Plastic brewer. Really surprised by how much mellower and less acid I’m tasting in my brews. Bean Bros delivered to the UK for a very reasonable price. Delivery was quick and tracked. I got frequent updates. I’m completely satisfied with Bean Bros service and would buy from them again if they are selling something I can’t get easily from sellers in the UK.
Overall a good purchase experience.

Customer service is almost non-existent. Took over one month to receive my refund and missing items. Bought espresso machine bundle and was shipped 2 bags of filter coffee.

The product is not working, no reply for my claim for two weeks now.
Sent 30day old coffee. Not as described.
I ordered the 3bag coffee subscription which states that I will be sent three different coffees that are roasted just days before they ship it! At least that is what the FAQ says. I started my subscription on the 22nd of December, BeanBros had shipped my order on the 28th of December and it had arrived on the 3rd of January. To my surprise the coffee I was sent was roasted on the 28th of November, exactly 30 days before they had shipped it to me. Moreover I was shipped three coffees as requested but two coffees were identical! This is just completely unacceptable, they tried to pull a fast one on me by sending their leftovers from a previous subscription which is quite ridiculous!
Edit: 10 days I have an outstanding ticket with them and no reply as of yet. Clear lack of any customer service please avoid this brand at all costs.
Edit 2: Issue has been resolved now with support. Bumping up the score.

All went well, despite of holiday season the shippemnt was quite fast, product is like described. Customer service very helpful.
Fragile items were badly packaged
Fragile items were badly packaged, which resulted in breakage. Thus, I sadly received broken brewers.
I contacted BeanBros. They quickly replied and apologized and said they’d send a new package. However, instead, they just refunded the original order (without any explanation why they decided to refund and not send a new package).
All in all, I’m left with a bad taste in all of this. The vendor did stand behind the problem, but the way they addressed it does not build confidence that should one buy fragile items from this store they would be properly packaged. I’m perplexed as to why they didn’t prove to me they can package well by sending a new package,
