My 1st order from bear hugs was 2 action figures...at first i was not confident if my order will be delivered or not but i still placed the order and it was my best dicision as the products were 10/10 and were of good quality...the only thing was that it took about 20 days for the product to arrive which according to me is bit late and some joints of those action figure were loose(which i fixed it by myself). I will again buy stuffs from bear hugs

I've ordered Spiderman face mask. The quality is really good. The eye movement control is very smooth. I loved the product. A small improvement is needed with their delivery schedule & tracking. The delivery was a little delayed than expected and the website tracking status was not updated accurately. BearHugs, you guys are making amazing products with good quality and affordable prices. Kindly improve your delivery experience as well that helps users to place more orders.

Had a great time with the services and received the order in good time and the product was as shown in the site. Happily satisfied with the purchase! 💯

Did not deliver my order they are scammers and not trust worthy please save your money from these foxes, everytime I ask where is my order always their answer is “ We'll check with our logistics team and will share the tracking details shortly.” And then they do not it’s been 6 months yet my order has not been delivered

Got the order as expected. It was properly packed. One product was not there in the inventory which they told me well in advance before dispatching. These are brick blocks which i got it for myself and the quality is quite good. Little costly then other vendors but only they had the figures what i wanted. Will order more soon.

They shipped from India to Bangladesh! They were quick to proceed with the order.
Product is exactly as it is displayed. Received in excellent quality.

You have to wait at least one month for delivery even they states delivery in 7 working day .
Second surprise- you won’t get all products on delivery- you have to go behind customer service ( worst service) to get the remaining products (I still waiting no updates)

This was a new company that I ordered with for novelty items. While there was a small delay in delivery time, the customer support was responsive and the items arrived in good condition. Will definitely order again, as pricing is very reasonable for quality of product.

I advise you not to buy anything from this website. They are scamming people of their hard earned money, including me and my friend.

- Order placed June 3rd
- Even the “fake products that they sell” haven’t been dispatched till date (June 30th)
- Got ghosted by their unresponsive customer support completely as soon as i said i wanted to cancel my order and asked for a refund.

This is my first order ....first I doubt on this shopping site because I I ordered on 8th may and received on 24th June...but product is good .As they say they have to arrange the product from abroad. That's why it take time to deliver.

Don’t trust this website. They are the big cheaters. We place the order two months back. We haven’t received the product yet . They don’t respond to calls and we sent an emails. Always the same response from them. They’re waiting for the product from Hong Kong. No refund no product. I’ve been waiting more than two months. Worst customer service. Please don’t buy products from this website. Don’t trust positive reviews. Thank you.

Going to file a complaint for fraud against them

I ordered Charizard, gengar and eevee set and it was really fun to build them
There were detailed instructions in the box, the final result was so amazing and satisfying to see something you build come to life, however the pieces were very tiny and it was difficult to grab them
You really need to concentrate and be calm while building
