Very pleased with this agency. I had a property with another agency that was on the market for almost 4 months with lots of promises of viewing etc. I switched to Beaulieu who had a completely different marketing plan and used an outstanding photographer who also made a 3D walk through of the property that really showed the property to its best. Consequently we had interest and an offer at market price. In addition the move chain was quite complex and their team that handle sales progress did a brilliant job on communication through the whole process to completion. I would gladly recommend this agency to anyone moving into the Beaulieu/Chancellor Park area.
