Beaulieu Estates has just sold my house in Chelmsford and I cannot praise highly enough the care and attention shown to me throughout the sale process. Every effort was made to find a buyer and throughout I was kept informed by Rico Shabir how things were progressing. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered by Shabir, regardless of the time of day or evening. A credit to his profession. Beaulieu provided sensible advice on pricing the property in line with the market and bingo, the sale is now completed. Thanks especially also to Jinny Walker for her guidance in concluding the sale. Should I move again, then Beaulieu Estates will be my agent.

Really great experience, especially thanks to Paul who helped us throughout. He was friendly, easy to deal with, and always kept us in the loop. Any questions we had, he got back to us quickly and made sure everything was clear.

Having had my Parents property on the market for best part of a year, with no interest , I was introduced to Richard at Beaulieu Estates. Immediately the approach to advertising the property & getting exposure was a refreshing, proactive & totally professional experience.
Within weeks we had viewings, resulting in an offer we excepted.
From this point forward the support from Richard & his team, in the office, was brilliant. They pushed, communicated & made sure the buyer & seller were both kept upto date & knew the status of the process. They even chased & kept the pressure on the solicitors, representing both parties in a way that got the sale over the line in a time I did not expect.

I dealt with Beaulieu Estates for the sale of my mother’s house. The people we dealt with were great, friendly and professional. They have been easy to contact throughout. Things become a bit frantic in the chain towards exchange and completion, which was no fault of Beaulieu Estates. Our sales progressor through communication with solicitors and other agents etc managed to smooth things over and help in the conclusion of the exchange and completion. Rico also went above and beyond on the day of completion in helping out with a last minute issue.

Very pleased with this agency. I had a property with another agency that was on the market for almost 4 months with lots of promises of viewing etc. I switched to Beaulieu who had a completely different marketing plan and used an outstanding photographer who also made a 3D walk through of the property that really showed the property to its best. Consequently we had interest and an offer at market price.
