Absolutely brilliant service, as always. They didn’t have the strength liquid I wanted this time; so they gave me a call and apologised, offering an alternative.
Delivery was quick and efficient. The lads are always brilliant in store and are still brilliant during COVID.

Had a little problem with liquid being out of stock which has never happened before,however it was easily and quickly solved and received my package the next day. Overall it was handled well and I am very happy.

Absolutely amazing company!

I truly will not use anyone else in the Cardiff area. They have the flavours I like (their own branded flavours from Cotswold vapours are cracking) and always seem to have a good stock level.

The guys there are gents. Always helpful, great product knowledge and they use that to make great suggestions when I needed a mod/wanted to try another coil etc.

Loyalty scheme also really adds up.

Edit; Didn't even think to mention their delivery service during COVID. Life-saving thing, turns up within a day or two 99% of them time in nice little boxes (my partner actually reuses the boxes and straw stuff to send stuff to family etc).

Beaum Vape store is the best vape shop I have ever used. The staff are so helpful and knowledgable. I have been shopping here for over 2 years and the fact the staff are so kind ensures my on going custom. I can call up to arrange delivery or go online but I prefer to call as anyone who takes your order are just so nice!

I needed a slimmer drip tip for my Geek vape and couldn't find one anywhere so a friend recommended Beaum Vape. I purchased a Aspire Nautilus 2s and what a difference! Really good price excellent quality and swift delivery, will definitely be using this company in future.
