I had a small issue with my online order over the bank holiday (completely my mistake), but the customer service was nothing short of outstanding. I emailed for advice and the team responded almost immediately. Going above and beyond by kindly offering to send my order via local delivery the very same day,Which I really appreciated.

Whenever I visit the store, every member of staff is warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. With such a vast selection of vaping products, their expertise and willingness to help really set them apart. It’s rare to come across service this attentive, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

i've been trying to give up smoking recently and i found Chris at the Filton branch to be very friendly and helpful. I walked out of the shop with a new vaping device which i'm loving.. Thanks!

I had an experience I’ve honestly never had before while shopping for a vape mod. Turns out I was using the wrong juice with the wrong device and burning through pods at an unbelievable rate.

Jake, who helped me in store, couldn’t have been better. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going wrong and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right setup for the juice I’m using.

I walked out feeling confident, satisfied, and genuinely impressed with the level of service.

Been coming in this establishment for a couple years and can say hands down both Jack and Chris always help me, they are friendly and so funny, I’ve sat in there when I’ve had a spare hour here and there and can honestly say I’ve learned so much just from them interacting with customers. Chris has helped me so much with rebuilds and mech mods, I like his no bs approach when it comes to what’s good, what’s great and what’s terrible. Jack is always accommodating to me and always makes sure I find the right juice (I’m very picky and he has the patience of a saint LOL) which leads me on to my next point about this place, the amount of variety in liquids is next level - there is something for everyone and if they don’t have anything I’ve heard Chris say to other customers that he can pop to another branch and have it for them the following day. Credit to this store for sure! I love the loyalty scheme as well - no other store has that, that I’m aware of - then again, I’ve never stuck around in other vape shops to know if they have anything like that! But this place genuinely is next level and I think a lot of that is because of the staff there’s a couple other lads that work there (I don’t know their names) that are super friendly as well.

Not one for leaving reviews however this vape shop is the best I’ve ever been to. The knowledge of the fella that helped me yesterday is second to none my local vape shop in London is nothing compared to the level of service I received. Credit to the business - great deals and a dash of playful banter. Also, great little touch is the drinks and sweets!!

I’d bought a coil from another shop who told me it was compatible with my vape! Due to go on holiday a bought another coil which was correct for my vape it didn’t work, thought it was just a dodgy coil but bought another 2 coils still didn’t work, went into this vape shop thinking I was going to have to buy a new vape.i was served by Chris he asked to look at my vape, he messed about with it for about 15 minutes and got it working again, the coil I’d bought that was told was compatible had messed up my battery, thanks Chris for sorting it for me

The staff take the time to chat with you as if you’re a friend, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They’re confident, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer advice or recommendations. It’s clear they know what they’re talking about and genuinely care about their customers.

I have just been into my vape store shop in filton Bristol and to be honest not very happy be told about the 10% discount had been withdrawn as a valid customer since the shop open so the idea of putting profits before the customers is not a good business move this shop is always busy and the staff are very helpful they go above and beyond on every visit.so you’re replying to my message you still offer discounts to blue light cards so if I worked for the NHS as a on a desk at my local doctors I would qualify for a discount and as far as the NI increases that’s what the labour government has imposed don’t make excuses for taking the 10% away

Visited the store today in Filton in Bristol was dealt with by 2 super helpful blokes who helped me with making the right decision in my purchase not pushy and explained everything and done me a fantastic deal for any questions these lads will only be happy to help you out big shout out to Chris

Bought the new pava allo horiz ultra i am in love with it so good you can customise your own screens the app is really easy to use and linking it to your phone is really easy so as a smart device is amazing and as a vape the flavour is great would highly recommend it and the staff in the dawlish store and amazing overall one very happy customer.
