They set up direct debit on my wife's bank account extorted money three times without my knowledge. When raised the fraud alert they refunded without explanation. These people are fraudulently extorting money from people who happen to check their advertisements on instagram and other media. Never trust them, my wife has raised complaint. Please do not trust this firm.

Ordered on 3/5/23 and never got a confirmation email from them; no shipping update and it’s been well over a week. Filed a complaint with PayPal to get a refund. This is a scam store

Sadly I should have viewed the ratings on this "company " I orders 165 dollars worth of cosmetics asked them to hold order for a month said they would only to have order voided I advise that you look elsewhere

Still nothing after 3 months!
I placed an order In march - well aware of international shipping could take longer, and that there could be a fee... 3 months later the package is still in California, and I just checked the mailing company that BeautyJoint decided to use... from what I can see they do not ship to my location... Even though beautyjoint said that THEY do, the mailing company do not seem to do so.... and as one of the other reviews here mentioned - when I send them a notice about how it seemed that my package was stuck... they gave me the whole "oh that is why we offer shipping insurance"... so clearly I am not the first costumer this has happened to...
I have now email the shipping company, telling them to return the package to BeautyJoint if they do not ship to my location, and I have email Beautyjoint. Let's see what their next move will be... another 25% off coupon probably

I ordered nearly $200 worth of makeup over two months ago that never arrived... I contacted the seller multiple times and they said to keep waiting so I did.. They then finally replied and said sorry we aren’t responsible for the package not arriving but we will offer you a 25% credit. 25%???????? not even refund.. credit!! For an order that THEY are in charge of... Complete BS. Such a shame because I really used to love this site and all the brands they carried. I wouldn’t be associating with them if I were the brands. Don’t waste your time and your money. Pay more and get a company who will actually deliver your products you pay for to you and complete a duty of care if they don’t arrive :)

They said they will only offer 25%of package value,
Which is not acceptable for a company that failed to ship to customer and offer only 25%refund back to customer????

My order came before stated time and very well packed. Very pleased with items and service from this company ....who kept me informed at every stage of my order. Recommended.

Produits bien emballés, bonne qualité et variété de produits. Temps de livraison un peu long et frais un peu élevé mais si on prend plein de choses c'est vraiment top.

Заказала на этом сайте во время скидок 6 знаменитых пудр Coty Airspun. Посылка шла очень долго (практически месяц). В принципе с долгой доставкой все понятно - повлияли праздники+черная пятница. Получив, долгожданный заказ не ожидала получить бракованные продукты( Абсолютно все пудры пришли с браком, вероятно партия такая. Во первых, каждая пудра упакована в пленку и уже открывая посылку я заметила, что пудры пыльные и грязные. Такие ужасные посылки вообще желательно открывать в перчатках, но кто знал. Связалась с магазином и они до сих пор молчат

Good prices, kinda slow shipping, nail polish bottle broke at the neck two days after receiving, not sure if there was damage during shipping that resulted in the break or if it was totally unrelated haha all in all a good experience.

The product must be old or stored in a hot place. When I used the sponge it crumbled. Very disappointed.
