Don't understand the bad reviews here.. I've placed so many orders with them already and never had a bad experience! The international shipping is not free, and also takes quite some time, but it always arrives! The products are wrapped in bubbly plastic and i never received something broken.

Delighted with the service, arrived quickly, price and quality great!

Worst delivery system in the world. International customers should not purchase from this company. They are over priced and late deliveries.

I wish they had a local store warehouse to purchase from.

Worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered on 20/10/2017 which didn't reach me and pretty sure it won't be. It was $100 but all they did is to offer me the STORE CREDIT (because I purchased insurance) which means insurance and shipping costs are excluded whenever one tries to use that store credit. It was my first purchase with them and I'll never ever be returning.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered from this company through the Walmart.com marketplace. I received an email that the item shipped. I never received the item and the USPS tracking # was fake. I attempted to contact them directly via email. No response. Walmart attempted to contact them directly. No response.

The prices are alright, but they don't stand behind their products at all and there's no way to get your money back. I'm almost positive they mail out old/damaged products knowingly, as I've received melted/damaged products that are way beyond what could have happened during shipping alone (orders of multiple identical lipsticks where one out of three are melted and heat during shipping should have affected them all, pressed powders ground to literal dust in their packaging, not just cracked, etc). If you complain enough, you can get store credit, but that's all. I'm honestly done with this site. I'll pay the extra couple dollars and shop somewhere else that doesn't send me damaged products and actually refunds my purchase when there's a problem.

I placed an order on 6/13 and received my order 6/17. Really fast shipping, but I live in the same state they're based in so it might've just been fast for me. The prices were average, nothing came damaged, and customer service was fine. I contacted asking why I was charged for shipping because I hit the $25 minimum and met all other requirements, and they responded promptly with an updated policy stating that only certain items qualify. So one star is removed for the misleading free shipping policy. At the time it didn't say that it needed to say "FS" in the item code for it to qualify for free shipping and it turns out only one of my items qualified, but the page was updated after the interaction. And the shipping didn't cost much anyways, just $3 something, for a $25+ order.

Every time I order something powdery (blushes, powders, contour etc), they come broken. Let me just say this: I order stuff several times a week from other websites and things NEVER come broken, only with Beautyjoint. I can't even get a new product, they only offer "store credit", which is the most ridiculous thing. I order products from them because I can't get them anywhere else, then they arrive broken and all i get is some stupid points for my next purchase - I am done buying from their website.

Not sure where the low reviews come from, as my experience has been great. I ordered about 10 Jordana lipsticks a few weeks ago (not sold in the UK) and received them within less than 2 weeks of ordering (it might have been even quicker but I didn't check the exact delivery date). I didn't get hit with any customs fees - might just have been lucky! Excellent prices and good quality, genuine products. I will definitely order from them again!
