Horrific company!!!!!!

I will be taking them to court!!!

Dear Everyone,
Unfortunately there is no 0 star option here...
I bought bedroom furniture for my disabled son (who is an adult and severely autistic), using his disability benefit. The delivery had parts of the order missing, was of very bad quality (i.e: the so called ''orthopaedic bed'' was nothing like that), so I contacted them and arranged for them to pick them up - which they did at 11.00pm on the Saturday night ! (this was nearly 2 months ago). I was reassured the money would be transferred fully ( £ 920.90), and then after countless emails and calls, where I came across 1 individual who claimed he was Sayed Hassan, then giving another name (I recognised well I was speaking with the same person due to so many times I had to call him), and finally he said the money had been transferred onto my son's bank account the 4th March 2026, and he even emailed me some fake bank receipts (which was confirmed later on by the bank itself they were fake!!!), insisting he had sent the payment - I printed the Bank statements which clearly showed 0 money has been sent back - which to me and anyone reading this will understand that this individual who is doing this is stealing benefit money for everyone, not sparing someone who is on his 20s and mentally like a small child (and I did explain to this Sayed or whoever he is the situation with my son)....
Right now my son's bedroom is empty, he has to sleep on the floor, whilst his PIP benefit was stolen in the most disgusting way..
I am going to the Police, and the Trading Standards as I don't feel it is OK, and I will also be happy to go to the media as individuals like this are not only criminals who deserve to be locked up, but heartless individuals who don't deserve to be called humans.
TO YOU ALL: DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THESE THIEVES!!!!

NEVER be foolish enough to ever attempt to buy anything from this "company". They WILL scam you. Their previous business Divan Bed Warehouse has recently ceased trading leaving many people heavily out of pocket. Their first five, 5 star reviews were posted on the same day, 11/09/25, this is before this company even began selling to customers, and was when the same people still owned, and were taking orders from Divan Bed Warehouse. One of those 5 star reviews is from ******** *****, who was the director of DREAMLAND BEDS B’HAM LIMITED which went into liquidation. He was also linked to DREAMLAND BEDS UK LIMITED which was dissolved. He was also the director of DLB (MIDLANDS) LTD again dissolved. He is currently director of DREAMLAND BEDS (MIDLANDS) LTD. Another of these "reviewers", ******** ****** is Assistant Supervisor at Zenith and Zass, which is the parent company of both Divan Bed warehouse and Bed Frame Direct. At least one of these failed companies was previously registered at the same address at ****** **** in Birmingham, as both Divan Bed Warehouse and Bed Frame Direct. forgetting the first (very suspect) 5 star reviews, and judging by the latest reviews on here, history is about to repeat itself for the umpteenth time.

AVOID AVOID AVOID…. Ordered bed…. Arrived and it’s nothing like the picture online…. New mattress has arrived under the weight specified suitable for an ottoman… and the bed doesn’t even stay up with the mattress on it! TERRIBLE quality… now waiting for them to collect and refund but I have a feeling this is going to be a long fight. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.

So pleased with my divan bed and mattress. The teal fabric covered headboard and divan with drawers looks luxurious. I was very happy with the communications I had with this company when there was a delay in delivery. A 5% refund was promised because of the delays, however, this is still to be received. I would definitely recommend this company for beds.

Ordered a bed on 6th January. Was given delivery date of 18th January, nobody turned up, no phonecall, no email no nothing. After constantly chasing them up I was given 2 more failed deliveries with nobody turning up. Empty promises, endless excuses. Would not recommend at all. One plus is I was refunded my money

Paid for 2 beds, delivery guy brought only part of the delivery then he promised he would be bringing the missing parts the next day!!! This was since 17th January 2026, and I contacted him directly on his mobile. He said send me pics of what was delivered, promised he would sort it out but now he has even had the audacity to block me on his phone !!!
It’s nearly 1 month since the part delivery, nearly 1k down the drain and I am going to ask for a full refund as this is not right.
Will never ever use this firm.

Great bed at competitive price fast delivery free of charge and putting in room of your choice. Great service

AVOID. Cancelled my delivery twice after waiting 2 weeks for this bed. I’ve had to cancel the order, now I’m praying i actually get my money back.

Definitely not fast delivery
Didn’t even get the item messed me about either through email or over the phone
Sent me a tracking for the delivery and my phone wouldn’t allow the tracking website to load because it to gain my personal or financial info from it

Definitely wouldn’t use this company use someone else. Plenty out there that will be next day delivery

Excellent value. Looks amazing. I chose the sparkly buttons finish. All my friends compliment how good it looks. The bed is of good quality,sturdy and well made. The guys who delivered my bed were friendly, polite. Even removed their shoes when taking it to my bedroom. Nice to have a bit of luxury.

Its a shame, the bed looked really nice on the website, Ordered it just before Christmas, so was expecting a delay. But 2 missed deliveries by them and still no bed over a month later. All I kept being told was, that the delivery people need to plan a route and will get back to me and thankyou for my patience. There was no real information as to when I would receive the bed. First excuse after waiting in was that they bed was damaged, Second excuse after waiting in was the delivery van broke down. After a month I cancelled. Plus side is I received my money back in full after 3 days. Its just lucky I didn't get rid of my bed before delivery or I would have been sleeping on the floor.

Extremely poor service, misleading information, and no resolution
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this bed company from start to finish.
Before purchasing, I specifically asked customer service whether the headboard was straight or had wings, and I was clearly told it was straight. Despite this, a headboard with wings was delivered. The bed was also defective — the footboard was poorly finished with exposed staples that could be seen and felt.
I raised an official complaint immediately and requested an exchange. From that point onward, communication became inconsistent, slow, and evasive. I was repeatedly told they were “checking with the relevant team,” but no clear confirmation or timelines were ever provided.
An exchange was eventually scheduled for a Saturday between 7:00–10:00am. I stayed home waiting all morning. No one arrived and no one contacted me. I had to call customer service multiple times throughout the day:
At 11:30am, I was told there was another delivery before mine
At 12:30pm, I was told the driver had returned to the warehouse but would come back
At 1:30pm, I was told the driver had my number and would call me before arriving — this never happened
At 2:30pm, I was finally told the van had broken down and they would not be coming at all
What made the situation even worse was what happened next. When I called again on Monday to follow up, I was told that they had apparently come on Saturday and that I was not at home, which is completely untrue. I was at home the entire day waiting, and I made several calls precisely because no one showed up or contacted me. Being told this after everything that happened felt dishonest and unacceptable.
At that point, I lost all confidence in the company and requested a full refund and collection of the bed.
It has now been over a week since then, and despite my patience and repeated follow-ups, the company has still not provided any solution. No collection, no refund, no clear communication — just delays, contradictions, and passive-aggressive responses.
This experience has been time-consuming, stressful, and deeply frustrating. The product was not as described, the service was unreliable, and the lack of accountability is alarming. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before dealing with this company.

When I placed the order I did request and pay for assembly but unfortunately the outsourced delivery were unable to comply, however bedsdirect were happy and quick with refunding me more than the assembly cost.

Amazing service and superb quality bed with rapid delivery would definitely recommend!
