I bought a bed from @beduniverse back in October 2025, it arrived 8 weeks later than the delivery date and it had no gas lift as per order! Customer service will not reply back to me! Wasted my money on the gas lift option! Nice bed not with the speciations of the actual order.

I placed my order and received my delivery confirmation a few days later.

They delivery date came and went with no further update from the carrier or bed universe.

I chased up with multiple emails and received no response.

I subsequently cancelled the order due to poor customer service received and failure of the company to respond to my emails chasing the delivery.

Avoid at all cost..

DO NOT ORDER SCAMMERS!!!

Please do not order from this company. They have gone out of business but are still taking money. Report to trading standards. If you have brought contact your bank asap to start a dispute!!

We have ordered a bed - I’ve tried many times to get in contact to confirm a delivery date - no replies on any of their platforms or email. Apparently they have gone bust now so they have scammed many people out of money but with no beds to be delivered. Absolute disgrace

They have filed a notice with Companies House to dissolve the business by April. You won’t get your bed or your money back.

The quality is phenomenal, and that too at such an affording price. Super happy with my purchase and how everything went from start to finish. One satisfied customer.

My initial experience with the company was good, responsive to emails, answered all my questions. However, once the bed was purchased it went down hill. I had to chase for delivery information, when the bed finally did arrive it was the wrong bed. That was 2.5 weeks ago and they have done nothing. They ignore all my emails, despite several pleas for an update. There is no aftercare service at all. They are not a proper bed company, they are cowboys. Given the large cost of the bed I am reporting to Consumer Services' which will be passed on to Trading Standards. Please think twice before you order from this company!!!

£500 down. No bed. No refund. No contact. Stay away from this company, 3 weeks later still nothing.

The bed quality is amazing, heavy and sturdy. Fabric is beautiful also. It was super simple to put together. Was not exact to the picture I ordered but fine.

Delivery did also take a lot longer than the 10 days but this may be from when the bed is made (which was the case) and not when you place order. They should highlight this as I’m sure many customers assume the beds are good to go.

ordered a bed in 2024, left a gap on the side during assembly, after 3 months the side supporting the bottom panel broke, have been emailing and calling since then and have not had a response. terrible company, not recommended, inferior quality beds.

I am very happy with my beds, ordered 2 for our new house. They are exceptional in quality. Bed universe gave a wide variety of storage choices which was a massive plus! I ordered one with gas lift, and the other with drawers. The beds look and feel very strong, robust! Delivery was right on time.

Supposed to be delivered tomorrow but will see if it arrives undamaged and is correct colour and all pieces there.

Second time ordering from bed universe. Thanks to Tom and Kez for their great work during delivery. We couldn't be happier with the 'Alfonso Linear wide panel' bed. We didn't write a review when my son ordered his, which was the 'Jasmine wide panel' bed. Both beds are extremely well made and top quality. The fabric and color options are very hard to choose from, but both our beds are in cream and stone naples fabric. Beautifully made beds, and fully satisfied customers here!

A very professional company that builds high quality beds. My experience in purchasing the billie plain park lane ambassador bed has been incredible, from start to finish. The bed is excellent quality, we were after a very minimal look for our new bed and bed universe did not disappoint in their large range of designs. We also purchased a very comfortable and supportive mattress. Overall we are definitely very happy with our purchases, and would love to give this company 5*s.

Really nice looking bed and once set up looks absolutely fantastic in our bedroom. Absolutely recommended.

I would just like to leave this review for the 'Adriana tall headboard piped bed frame'. I have been eyeing this bed up for a long time and finally got round to ordering it for my newly decorated bedroom. It is beautifully made, the black piped trim and the ivory plush fabric give it such an exquisite look, exactly what i wanted for my bedroom aesthetics. I am very happy with the bed, and the overall service given by Beduniverse. We did have a slight issue in scheduling delivery, as the day originally arranged I could not do. This was easily handled by their great customer service team, who gave me an alternate date without any trouble.

We have had a great experience purchasing our bed from this company, the bed is made very well, and looks lovely with a modern low headboard design. I particularly like the gas lift mechanism really easy to pull up and plenty of storage. The customer service was great at handling one of the issues we had post delivery. Really not had any problems to complain about, even the delivery was very efficient and on time as promised.

We recently bought a bed from bed universe after a friend recommended them to us. They have a wide variety of designs to choose from, however we went for the Julius bed in super-king, ivory color with gas lift. Initially we were confused whether a high headboard would fit our stairs, we had some great communication with the customer service team, who managed to help us quickly. Fabric and color swatches were sent out the same day of ordering them. The bed itself is beautifully made, and the delivery was very convenient, professional and on time.

Second bed ordered and again they didn't disappoint. Absolutely brilliant and I would definitely be buying from here again.
Two beds and both are great quality, the communication has been spot on from the get go and delivered within 9 days which was amazing. Efficient and professional guys.
Couldn't recommend this company enough.
