Total waste of money. Bought as a gift for my husband last Xmas along with 3 kegs of budvar. Think he managed to actually drink 1 as had problems with the gas and then it ran so slow. Tried to reorder a keg today and everything is out of stock!! When it is in stock it’s £10 delivery. Wish I’d never bought it!! Don’t use this company

I got my BeerMonster beer tap a few months ago and started enjoying and nice beer at home.I had a small problem with the gas system to the keg.
I was using too much gas I contacted Peter at customer services who sorted my problem out.
I have only got praise for the help from customer services now enjoying a beer while writing this review

Ordered a 3 keg Amstel deal for my blade machine, they arrive in the standard boxes which are not exactly robust, one keg has been bashed around in the DHL van and out of box, the pipe is also in a bad state, I emailed my concerns with pictures but I was told to use it, well I done as told and it had loss it gas has I suspected it may of, I wrote a email and the reply is as follows, it’s not there problem and my problem is with DHL. They offer me a free keg with my next order as there way to resolve this.

1. The packaging was not suitable, the other large supplier of beers kegs I use always puts my items in a secondary box, as far as I am concerned this is down to Beer Monster to package items correctly, this was damaged before it got to me so it’s for me to chase DHL and not my time being wasted.
2.How is it a free keg unless they send me two with one to replace the damaged one, absolutely ridiculous.
3. I have now paid £90 for two kegs of Amstel, it’s cheaper for me to go to the pub which defeats the object.
I will go back to original suppler as I have never had one problem in nearly two years of ordering 10 kegs a month.
To treat me as a new customer on a first order makes bad business sense.
Ridiculous to be honest.
Peter contacts me this morning after this review, he didn’t care up until then,He then proceeds and tells me that he has never had a issue before, who opens a conversation with that, I honestly do not care and only care about my order, I felt like he was accusing me of lying.I then get the spill of the cost of £10 for him to send out a new one etc, then he complains about my review which is factually correct.
I really don’t think you should open a conversation of a complaint in this manner as anyone would get annoyed, I am honestly really reasonable and straight down the line. If he would of phoned or emailed me from the offset and ask what we could do to resolve this then it would of all be corrected there and then.
I then get told I am shouting and that I am a very aggressive man several times.
Why would I be happy after this.

I have changed the review title and changed the start rating from the original One star, Peter has refunded my money which is very nice of him, however this was more about principle, , I am more annoyed as I was really looking forward to using Beer Monster, this was my first order and it has gone wrong.
I really do not want to damage any business as I know It’s not easy at the minute.

Bought a Beermonster kit at Christmas for my husband. He loved it . Unfortunately the kegs are pricey and not a lot of choice for lager .

Excellent product, excellent beer topped up with excellent service! Had a problem setting up the machine but they happily talked md through it. Totally recommended!

Had a problem dispensing the amber liquid,coming out slow without a head, tried adjusting gas still not happy.
Gave Beer monster a ring Peter talked me through a few tests on the air line, still no joy.He sent new gas line late afternoon it arrived next day am told me how to replace it now the Beermonster is working perfectly.
I give Beermonster 10 out of 10 for service 10 out of 10 for understanding and fixing the problem and 10 out of 10 for the machine.

Not usually one to write reviews but have decided to on this occasion as experience has been spot on. Machine a few months old and had no issues yet. Seems a good buy. What has impressed me though is the customer service. Immediate response to queries and a spare part that I had lost was sent to me for free. Can't fault these guys.

Order starter pack for my husbands Father’s Day gift. Delivery of unit was very quick and unfortunately keg was missing, contacted customer service who resent with no hassle arrived next day. Excellent customer service from Peter.

Great draught machine! Easy to set up and use. Had a couple of very minor issues which were sorted out promptly and free of charge!

I recently purchased 6 Blade kegs from Beermonster as the price was unbeatable. Only 5 arrived at the fault of DHL. Who then received the the 6th keg then returned it to sender. I emailed beermonster to advise how I retrieve my 6th keg. To my surprise the Manager actually personally phoned me and couldn’t apologise enough. I made it clear to him that beermonster was in no way at fault and there service & value was excellent. He proceeded that he would send a replacement out immediately and thanked me for my kind words. I would use beermonster now even if they are the same price as buying local as customer service and the human touch is just as important as price. Something that is lost in our search for value! Beermonster everyday for me!!!!

Good service while I was ordering it, I set it up as per instruction and yes it kept it cool but that's it runs out so slow it's annoying and absolutely no head on the beer at all terrible might as well use cans.
I contacted them many times for them to say I quote that's not right not bothered to use it no more total waste of money, use your money to buy cans

My BeerMonster machine arrived on Friday, a little bit of fun setting it up beer every where but then we watched a few youtube videos and sorted it. LOVE IT !!!!!

Set my Beermonster machine up last weekend for the rugby. The only problem is didn’t buy enough beer. Looking forward to using it in the summer outside. Great Purchase.

First class product. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Several mates have purchased and also enjoy. Its like the pub at home.

I love my BeerMonster machine, a little tricky to set up but once you've watched the U Tube videos its easy. Also the customer support is excellent. I highly recommend this machine.

Bought a machine for Christmas and have ordered several kegs since. Great beer tap, excellent service, and swift delivery of their kegs. Would happily recommend them to anyone considering purchasing either a beer tap or kegs! 🍺 👍

So far i cannot say i am happy. Yes i ordered a pre order item but i have emailed twice now and yet they felt it unworthy yo reply!
I only want to know when to expect it!
