We had a long chat with the salesman, but it was a smooth process in ordering and receiving replacement windows. Ten windows and one door were fitted by 2 workmen in 2 days, who's work was very tidy.

Absolutely beautiful frame,s and window, it’s so warm since it’s been completed, plus the new front door is stunning we are so pleased with the work, the men was so friendly, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors

The process of buying new windows and doors from Homesure was very well explained and carried out very quickly.
All the installation guys were professional and we are very happy with the results and service recieved

Windows installed efficiently and on time

The sales person was clear, precise and had good knowledge.
We had patio doors and front door fitted.
The work persons were professional, efficient but not to undermine quality of fitting, polite and tidy.
After fitting the patio doors the work persons noticed a cut on one of the panels and booked out another work person to come out within 2 weeks to fit the new panel which they did with no issues.
A good experience all round.
This experience was 19 Aug 25.

Second experience was 30 Apr 26.
The sales person was brilliant showing us what would be the best choices for our style of rooms.
We had 4 windows fitted and everything was as good as the first time.
One window had the incorrect glass pattern and the work persons booked out other work persons to fit the correct pane. This was fitted within 2 weeks.

Feels very much like a scam, I registered interest as an advert popped up offering some fantastical help to buy scheme that implied that a large part of the cost would be swallowed up!! Which was a bloody good job as the initial price was over £28k !! For 7 windows and 2 doors! I have a small house compared to many, so when I was given this price I was shocked, there are then a number of phone calls to the “marketing department” at nearly 9pm 🤦🏻‍♂️, which sounds very much like someone sat on their sofa drinking wine!
The “marketing department” then offers a number of discounts, around £9k, when this still seemed ridiculously high the high pressure sales tactics start, this is a one time time deal blah blah blah, more phone calls more reductions, finally got down to around £13k, which again was high for what we need, after 3 hours finally managed to get the point across that we weren’t paying that much, the majority of the ordeal is taken up running through stuff about the company and nothing to do with the windows, a sample was brought in and I do admit the windows did look to be of good quality, but not good enough to warrant the price, it is just an old school high pressure sales scam, I called a friend of mine that works within the industry to ask about the price, he accessed his work website and priced up all windows and doors at around £3300!!! Now admittedly that was just the cost price of the units but said that fitted it would only be around £6000 which is still less than half the price of the lowest Homesure offered me!! Sadly I’m sure there are people that fall for these tactics

Really pleased with the whole experience with HomeSure. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and the process was easy to follow from start to finish. They were really accommodating when arranging the installation around me, and the installers did a great job. The windows look fantastic and feel really good quality. Would happily recommend.

They completed the job efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and the finished result looks fantastic. The new windows have made a noticeable difference to the appearance and comfort of my home. This company produces a high quality product which is reflected in the price. The anthracite colour windows we had fitted throughout were installed by friendly expert craftsmen with minimal disruption who did a thorough cleaning job after completing the work. After sales service has also been excellent. The windows have transformed our property enhancing its kerb appeal and have surely increased its value, so all in all a good investment.

I have 30 years experience in the construction industry, there a very few companies that I have come accross who come up to the exacting standards of workmanship, professionalism and customer care , that Homesure possess. They understood the requirements and fullfilled there obligations with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of skill. I can only say they are one of the top companies in their field, It was a pleasure to work with them on this project

The sales men were very polite and helpful and went through everything very carefully. They initially told us that the windows would be installed within four to eight weeks but we got a phone call two weeks later and were told that if it was convenient the fitters could come the following week, which they did. Andrew and David worked hard and efficiently, despite it being two of the hottest days of the year. they cleaned up as they went and five large, two smaller windows and two patio doors were fitted within two days and look great.

The quality is good the price is fare.
The instalation team were minimally disruptive, and did a good job.
What more can you ask for.

Our new conservatory replaced its tired predecessor and is an asset that will give us pleasure for many years. Homesure products are well made and assembled with minimal disruption by their skilled and courteous workforce.

Great service, excellent staff in the office and on site. Quality product and I have decided to have all windows replaced.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was contacted with an arrival time and they arrived promptly. The team were polite, professional and efficient, completing the installation in one day. They tidied up afterwards and gave helpful advice on maintaining the windows. Very pleased and would happily recommend them.

Job well done 2 very polite men arrived 9.30am and completed by 2.30 pm worked straight through no breaks .cleaned up after themselves. Windows Great improvement.

The girl who came to us was polite and gave us a good idea of what it would cost to replace the old garage door and kitchen window. We had a good idea of price etc and hers was very similar.
When the surveyor came he was perfect and measured everything required.
The fitters were polite and cleared all rubbish etc.
We are very pleased with our new window and garage door and are now having a new patio door installed in a week.

Communication with the Homesure has been easy, there was always someone at hand to help the installation process was straightforward. Had a small issue with having to have window shutters removed before the installation could be started but the Homesure worked with us with date changes etc. Patrick and Luke worked on the wettest day we had this Summer and never complained once. If you want good service from the guys who install the windows I hope you get these two. It was a pleasure to have them working on our property. They were respectful, had some great banter going on while they worked really hard. The quality of their work was great, even down to their clearing up, everything was left how you would expect it to be left, so thank you. Even though we went for the same style of window somehow they look so different, the quality of the windows seems to show. We would certainly recommend Homesure for the quality, service and staff.

On the day of the installation I was contacted as to their time of arrival. They were punctual. They were polite and respectful. They worked efficiently completing the installation on the day.
They tied up afterwards before departing. They were friendly and informative in maintaining the windows.
