We were getting fed up with the windows that were very old. We are very happy with Homesure and the men who put the new windows. I'd recommended them.

The enormous peace of mind I HAVE NOW AFTER ALL THE MANY MONTHS OF DESPERATE WORRY CONCERNING THE STATE OF OUR FAILING BUNGALOW WINDOWS AND THE NEED I FELT FOR THE PRESENCE OF A PROTECTIVE FIREPROOF OUTER FIRE-DOOR GIVING AN ACCESSIBLE ESCAPE ROUTE TO ENABLE ME (AS A DISABLED 90-YEAR OLD TO HAVE A SWIFT EASY TO USE AND OPEN WAY OUT OF MY OFFICE AS I AM DISABLED AND CANNOT MOVE SWIFTLY EVEN USING MY STURDY INVALID WALKER. THE RELIEF IS TREMENDOUS AND PERMANENTLY UPLIFTING. MASSIVE THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF, WORKMEN, DEDICATED WORKERS FOR HOME SURE WHO HAVE MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE A PLEASURE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

The guy's that fitted my windows and doors were very efficient,got straight on with the job and cleaned up after with very little for me to do.

The window installers were both on to of their game and went the Exeter mile to make sure we’re pleased. with the end product. We contemplating having more
work done by this company in the future

The gentleman fitting my windows was just that ,a gentleman - polite, respectful and hardworking. There were no constant coffee breaks, no constant chatting, just work. He worked cleanly and I was amazed to find everything clean and back in place at the end I didn’t have to do a thing.The device in all departments was excellent the staff polite and respectful and the quality of materials and work superb

We had both front and back doors replaced with a minimum of fuss. The gentleman who did the work was very professional, clean and tidy.

After failure of back door hinges a new door was required. Homesure provided us with quick good quality service from first visit to installation keeping us well informed throughout the process.

I recently received another illegal marketing call to my TPS listed phone from "David" advertising new windows and doors. This is the 5th call from these people and I've tried asking to be removed from their list, tried hanging up, and tried being rude. Still the calls come.

The first few were from a real person, but this last one was clearly an AI bot. I feigned interest and Chloe from Behomesure.co.uk phoned me back 30 minutes later.

Behomesure know that these "leads" are generated from illegal phonecalls, but still continue to buy them. Hence the bad review.

Update: Behomesure explained that my "lead" was purchased from a Filipino company called "Filitastica", who they no longer do business with.

We have recently had a New Front door and two downstair windows fitted at our property by Homesure.
We are very pleased with the improvement this has made to our home. The quality and workmanship is superb, so we’ve arranged to have three more fitted. Thanks also to Sales Agent who was very informative and helpful. The fitters who did an excellent job. Everyone involved were very polite and friendly. We would highly recommend.

We needed to upgrade 9 windows and 2 doors in our Louth home and Homesure did a very good job of measuring and pricing, including a useful discount. Staff were professional and polite and the two installers, Sam and Jamie, worked very hard for two days and didn't leave until late in the evening to ensure the work was fully completed, including cleaning up.

had jake and martin round the last 2 days fitting all new windows and doors to my bungalow and they were 2 of the nicest guys you could have in your house.job was done to a high grade of professionalism and it was exactly what i wanted having been in the building trade myself.cant fault anything they did from fitting to cleaning up after themselves

Excellent service from this Company.
I required a full set of windows which I divided into to 2 sets of work, which the Company was happy to do.
All the staff I dealt with were very professional and the fitters in particular were very friendly and hard working and were very good at cleaning up afterwards making an easy time for me - so very pleased I choose HOMESURE
In fact I have now asked them to do front and kitchen doors and Patio sliding door

Martin and Jake were super efficient and very polite. Their work was exemplary.
They were focused and took time to do the extra points eg. Flushing and trimming the door frames. You really wouldn't know they had been working on front and back door and window frame. I'm delighted. Thank you.

The two men who installed our windows were efficient, polite and friendly. The final job looks very professional. We were a bit nervous about spending so much money but it probably had to be done and we consider it to be a good investment for the future.

Having previously experienced window replacement with another Company in my previous home, I decided to go with Homesure after reading their reviews . Got to say I was not disappointed .

This company is highly recommended, we had new windows and front door fitted, the experience was absolutely perfect, the fitter's Martin and Jake were exceptional, they were well mannered and polite, they left our home clean and tidy, I cannot thank them enough. Well done Martin and Jake.

Duncan and Julian were great guys living on a old persons residential block nothing was too much trouble polite and courtious all the time
Sam and Jamie great guys the same as above both set of guys cleared up all mess not that there was a lot all rubbish taken away which keeps duty manager and other residence off my back
We had a little problem but staff in office were quick to sort it out well done to all involved
