Fitting was 2 days late due to a mix up. The chap who fitted the new door, dave, was excellent and knowledgeable. However l like value for money and didn't feel a plastic, mdf, polystyrene door was good value but it's done. No disrespect to the firm, no doubt they are all made in same factory.

Perhaps this meeting should never have taken place, as my timescale did not concur with the wishes of the sales people. I just wanted a straightforward 12 month quote, which is what the original phone caller promised. Notwithstanding they did their job well.

Very good experience .polite, very tidy, and good workmanship.

Update: Director rang me to apologise. He has assured me that the salesman involved was not acting how the company would want him to. Training is going to be given to all sales people in the company.

Salesman was manipulative and intimidating. After being assured by Help to Buy that I would not have to make a decision on the day, I was told the lowest price was only available if I signed paperwork immediately.

This company was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. We had no problems with communication. The workers were very respectful at all times. The work was of a high standard and the house was left clean and tidy afterwards. We were very happy that we had our windows and patio door done by this company and not the larger, well-known company we initially contacted

The work was done in good time,not a long waiting time for the installation and I have to say the price was very reasonable for such quality window and doors. Not one drop of condensation on our new windows even with the outside temperature dropping to -5°c the heating goes on for a couple of hours and our home stays warm and comfortable. The overall look from inside and especially outside, has updated our property to a modern secure house.
Overall our experience as customers with homesure has been outstanding, we will definitely be recommending to friends and family. If we have any other home upgrades in the future we will be using homesure again without a doubt.

The process of ordering and having the patio doors fitted was an easy process, had a bit of difficulty on closing and opening the doors but the fitters got it all sorted, and we are so inpressed with the quality and service, that we have ordered some windows to be fitted...

We had all of our windows and doors replaced in 2 stages. The first stage we had an issue with 2 windows, so contacted the company and they came and sorted it very quickly to our satisfaction. Stage 2 was finished with no problems and we are happy with the product and service provided. They turned up when they said they would and cleared up after themselves.

We recently had a number of windows and 2 doors replaced by Homesure. The service was excellent from start to finish. Every member of the team were all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The job was completed with minimum disruption despite taking a number of days to complete and the finished result is amazing.

There were a couple of issues with the fitting due to the number of windows ordered but every issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and I would definitely recommend Homesure to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.
