Believe Specialist Finance Reviews

From our initial enquiry to completion of our loan Claire and Saf couldn't have been more helpful. They explained everything in detail and helped us through the process. Communication was excellent throughout and the time line was reasonable considering it was over Christmas and New year. Thank you both.

Although it took a while to complete the staff were helpful and friendly

Just very nice people and helpful from start to finish

Was an easy process, so much easier speaking on texts rather than email. Very quick to respond, kept me informed and was very helpful

brilliant, understanding, informative and steadfast till the end!!! highly recommend Ben and Zack especially.

Grace and Zack talked us through the process, they rang every time they needed something and kept us on track with what they needed.
They were both professional and very friendly, they were very easy to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to borrow money.

We were helped by Grace and Zac to secure a loan to help our son set up a new business. They couldn't have been more helpful and the speed it was all done was fantastic. Thank you both.
Paul and Alison Jackson.

Fantastic from start to finish. Excellent support and communication right throughout the entire process. Ben and Zack work tirelessly to get us the right product to suit our needs.

Zack & Ben made the whole process easy by keeping us informed throughout.
They were both prompt with replies to any questions & explained things in a way theat was easy to understand.

Friendly service, quick and easy, 100% recommend

I was fully supported through out the process and nothing was too much trouble. Any queries I had were answered quickly and everything was explained clearly. The help received from Grace and Sophie was amazing and really appreciated.Thank you

Zack and Grace were great throughout the whole application process, friendly and easy to communicate with. There are a fair few bits that are required to send over but it was explained very clearly by both Zack and Grace. This service has helped me bring my monthly costs down while settling some debts/credit cards in 1 payment. Thanks again to Believe Loans, great service!

I found the staff to be very helpful, polite and efficient

Absolutely phenomenal experience with these guys, Jonathan Maddox and Sophie Grainger are the absolute BEST around. They took care of me and my Mum very well, our situation was complex and we got knocked back 3 times for a mortgage. But Sophie and John managed to secure us a great mortgage and helped me every single step of the way. I have so much love and gratitude for them as at times it was tough and I always joke and say they were my therapists at times as well as mortgage advisors. Brilliant team and company, I know a lot of people write things on trust pilot and it seems very robotic. Rest assured the positivity and gratitude is authentic and we thank you both so very much. :)

Good communication for me is important nothing was too much trouble for believe.
Extremely helpful all the way through this experience.
Thanks believe

From the start of our journey with Believe we have had an excellent sevice. Ours was a complicated situation and for Grace and Sophie nothing was too much trouble. They were always on the end of the phone guiding us through the steps we needed to complete in a warm friendly manner. We highly recommend Believe. Well done.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, Best wishes
Kind regards
Stella

Very good, professional advice to help complete all forms from start to finish, Would recommend to others.

I can not recommend this company highly enough my case advisor Grace Jackson and case manager Sadaf Masood worked so hard to get my case to completion which wasn't an easy task, they gave me updates on a regular basis and made sure I understand what I needed to do.
I would without a doubt recommend believe and if you have grace and Sadaf working your case you will be in the best of hands

Ben and Sophie are very helpful in the process and the most important part is we are able to get our approval from the lender in haste, within 3 weeks since we first talk. Money hit my account in 3 working days after sending back the signed agreement.
