The team that managed my case were amazing. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and put me at ease from the get go. Once a lender had been established, the team got to work asap and was amazing. They even contacted me later on to say they had founder a cheaper lender and saved me some money on the repayments. If I had any questions, the team were always willing to help and they made me feel no question was a stupid question. I was helped throughout the whole process by Sadie. I never felt unsure where I was in the process and was able to make contact straight away if needed.

After years of bad credit history including missed payments, payday loans etc., I was stuck in a viscous circle of high cost, high interest monthly payments and struggled to get any debt consolidation products. Believe managed to get me a loan/mortgage product allowing me to pay off all my existing high cost debts and consolidate them into one AFFORDABLE monthly payment. Sadie was my case manager and she was great - completed everything quickly, provided frequent updates and made the whole thing much easier.
