Very helpful customer service answered my Qs by email and very competitively priced end of line items and good black friday deals. I thought my item was out of stock but they quickly found a last item and updated site which allowed me to purchase online. Bassinet I bought is getting great use and delivery was quick.

The team at Bella Baby were fantastic. We had a fault with part of our pram and their way of dealing with it was not only professional but really compassionate too. I'd recommend them to anyone looking at buying their pram/baby equipment!
