Absolutely 5 star service from Chiara, Ermina, Zlatina and all in Bella Baby.

Sadly the item we wanted was out of stock, the team work tirelessly to contact the suppliers to get hold of this for us. There was no requirement to do so but they went above and beyond to help us.
Chiara checked in on us constantly to give updates on their progress. It's rare to get personal service like this these days, but to all at Bella Baby you strive to give this experience. I will pass on my recommendations to friends and family.

Highly recommended, Ermina and the rest of team go above and beyond for anything you might need. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and have never once had an issue with any order or purchase. And their kindness is a big plus too!! The go to place for anything baby!

We purchased an air matress from Bella Baby and when it developed a fault a few months later they helped me arrange a replacment even though I couldn't find the original order email / proof of purchase

repklacement item was confirmed within a few hours and arrived within a week.

What a wonderful company! Ordered the YOYO pram and it was delivered two days later. The backpack was missing so I emailed them and they responded within hours apologising that DPD had failed to collect it but they would do so the following day, which they did and it was delivered today on a Sunday! After only ordering the pram on Wednesday!

I've received massive help finding the right car seat for my 16 months old. They certainly have the very best and popular brands in their store stock which allows you to see the best options in person and try. My babygirl is now very happy and comfy. Did the typical "last minute order of pram for upcoming trip" and was expecting the pram 2 days after my purchase (I had bought the pram after the cutoff time for next day delivery),

When phoning to find out when my pram would be delivered I spoke with Ermina that was able to arrange next day delivery.

After working many years in IKEA I know the importance of customer service. Bella Baby is spot on and I HOPE that senior management understand the value of such a dedicated team!
