Great service, Liberty is great! She is very knowledgeable and reliable. She also ensured I got the best mortgage rate even with some pushback at first with the amount of downpayment needed, she argued my corner successfully, which proves the value of this service provided.

Rachel was very informative during advisement, and checked in on our progress regularly, which was a nice touch. Our purchase ended up taking longer than expected, but Rachel was more than happy to readvise us on new mortgage products when the time came.

I contacted Daniel Bell when recommended by a financial planner. I have needed to go back to Daniel several times during my divorce, looking for advice on mortgage lending and mortgage protection for different scenarios. He is understanding of divorce cases and sympathetic too. I found him extremely helpful, from the moment I sent my first message, and would say he went above and beyond what was needed. He is very knowledgeable, a very quick thinker and clever with the solutions he finds - and explains in a way that is easy to understand. And on top of that expertise, he is just pleasant to deal with, comes across a genuinely nice guy who wants to do his best for you. There is no pushy sales talk or pressure, he presents different options. What could be a difficult process is just made much easier and less daunting. I would recommend without hesitation.
