Isabella looked after my renewal very efficiently.

The Lady who dealt with my call, was fantastic. She was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
The price of the insurance was good, but without first class people to deal with the customers, it means nothing.
So sorry I can't remember the ladies name who dealt with me, as she deserves to be mentioned. I would be happy to be contacted to try and confirm who she was.

Manny was cheerful, helpful and efficient in making alterations to my policy in the process of renewing.
