I purchased the Ranger DST-2420 Wheel Balancer for my landscape company to be used 2 to 3 times a month. After approximately 14 months, it broke. I called (and waited for a half hour on hold) and they said to replace the board, which I did, but it didn't fix the problem. I then called all the service companies they recommended in my area but they all told me that they didn't work on them. I hired a company from out-of-state to come and fix it. He charged me a ridiculous amount of money for mileage but after 2 appointments, he did fix it. He told me I would be better off getting rid of it because it is a very poorly built product.

Product was in stock and delivered on time as expected. Quality all of the way. I highly recommend!!

Very pleased with my purchase. Stout as hell. Manual should include diagram of hydraulic cart. I bought BendPak because the safety lock mechanism does not require a cable release. I added a quick disconnect setup so I can store the cart easily and use the lift as a table with a piece of plywood on it.

I have had a chance to use this tire machine and it works the way it is supposed to. Comes with the parts and tools you need. Only down side I have seen so far is the bead breaker head is at a weird angle for pickup tires on 16" rim's. It centers up a bit low so the arc on the head does not match up with the arc of the bead. Good entry level machine.

great service, 1 hickup, the part did not get ordered when i submitted it on line but the customer service rep. took care of it right away and was very pleasant.

While the two post lift I purchased is a great product, I was less than impressed with many aspects of the purchase. First, the lift showed up with multiple blemishes due to lack of quality packaging. Paint completely rubbed off in many places, decals damaged, etc. Upon contacting the customer service representative I dealt with, for the second time since I didn't receive a response at first, he made claim to make it right by sending paint. I then had to ask for a new decal, he asked which one. I had already sent all damage pictures previously. Second, it is a super pain in the a** to assemble and the assembly directions are about useless in some areas. Also, there are huge differences in the assembly instructions that come with the lift and the one downloaded from the product page on the website. They actually tell you to assembly some areas differently. I believe a little better engineering would go a long ways in making the lift easier to assemble.

Over all its a quality product and works great. Although, if you are not well versed in figuring out how to work on something due to a lack of instructions, you should find an installer.

I purchased a new R980AT tire changer to replace my 10yr old atlas that I bought for less than half the price. It worked great for the first 8 tires, then the motor burnt up! Literally in flames! Called customer support, they were helpful - sent a new motor - said they've had problems with the windings in the poor quality motors that they've been using. It took over a week to get the new motor & I had to install it myself - no offer to reimburse me for the labor to put the new one in. Thank God I still had my old Atlas machine to use for that week when the new machine was broken or I would have lost a lot of tire jobs to some other shop. Hopefully this machine will last as long a my previous one did.

I'm shocked that it took them a week to process an order I placed on their website; after the first 4 days I called to see what was going on with it because I hadn't heard anything at all. The support person said the work order had just arrived at fulfillment. Then 4 days after that it shipped. The items are first rate, but it's certainly not like buying through Amazon.

My BendPak four-post lift was delivered this week. Robert L has been extremely helpful with equipment selection, site planning, and shipping. Technical questions were clarified quickly. One minor shipping discrepancy was resolved immediately. Looking forward to getting the lift assembled and in service.

The lift is a great concept, but it doesnt seem to work for all vehicles. I installed this lift in my garage. I can’t raise my 2016 ram 1500. The platform inside width is too wide to contact the chassis on my truck. It seems like it will be great for my 82 vette and my 2017 audi A7.

Poor, Poor Quality Control and Customer Service.

My GrandPrix lift was packaged poorly for shipping and came in all damaged and scratched with tears in the rubber bumpers. Their only remedy is to give you a free oil drain and send you touch up paint.

Additionally, their own hydraulc line fittings don't match up with the actual fittings they supply on their own pump. It's like they don't even bother with quality control. When you pay $100.00 extra to have a service company come out and change the fittings so you can use your $3,000 lift, they won't reimburse you and give you the run-around with a customer service agent who mumbles and says he has no supervisor for you to take the issue up with. Very, very disappointing. Wished I would have bought a Rotary Lift now.

Ordered on Monday and 8 days later still have not received. Last I checked still in California

The lift has not yet been delivered but so far the ordering experience has been great. Michelle Zeier contacted me right away after placing my order online and answered all my questions.

Customer service was good and responsive. The installation manual was a nightmare; even the electrician was confused. Outdated installation manual was sent which was wrong for this newer model. This caused me to have to disassemble major components and re-install in a location that wasn't my first choice. Do not order this lift if you're installing yourself. I did, studied the directions carefully many times, and still had to "guess" on some of the installation. This is dangerous and I would think a liability for the company. I would be willing to edit the manual if requested. After installation, the lift seems to operate as expected.

Sales side of this company stinks. Support is equally bad, wish I had gone elsewhere. Product is good, but the sales of it and the service of it is truly bad. Hope I have nothing warranty wise that happens. Prices went all over the place while trying to buy it. Had to submit a ticket for a simple 5 second answer. If there is an equal product I will buy it next time. SAD!!!!! Great product but rotten company to do business with.
