I ordered an 8x10 engagement photo for my daughter and her fiancé. I did the two hearts, one was Negril, where they got engaged and the other was them. It turned out beautiful and was here in approx. two weeks!

Unlike so many online shops, Benicee (via Etsy) responded to my questions about a potential order right away. They then helped me consider several options by mocking up examples. They then patiently and quickly went through a few rounds of edits. The final product was perfect and the process exceeded all expectations based upon previous inquiries through Etsy and elsewhere.

The website was easy to navigate through when placing order. I was a little concerned of blurring because I had blown up the picture, but it turned out beautiful. My friend has already requested the company’s name because her 2 dogs are aging and she loved it too!

They also recommended a larger size for my item due to the quality of what I wanted. I am so glad for the recommendation, it turned out perfect and they made my pictures fit to the space needed. You send a pic, type what you want it to say & they take care of the rest. They also take the time to verify your order with a preview before making it. If you have any questions, you can email them & they get back to you within a day. It's worth every penny.

I want to preface this review with the fact that I have not received my package yet and it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered it. I am leery as to if it will be delivered at this point but am still hopeful. If it turns out like the mockup, I know I'll be very pleased. Until I receive it, I can't give it any real kind of review outside of the process to order which went really well. My only complaint is that it would be ideal to show something common in comparison to the sizes to give a better idea.

I received the order but was fearful it was a scam. I even sent an email. All of it was unnecessary and the product was better than I expected. I am very pleased by my purchase.

they ship from Hong Kong, never received my order, called the CO number it's just a front with automated voice asking to leave a message. no order received and no refund and no response from anyone. company is a chinese scam

I ordered a 60th anniversary gift and paid $35 extra for expedited shipping. They lied and said it was on its way when it actually was not. They mailed it after the date it was supposed to be delivered. I have politely asked for a refund of my extra shipping and my emails have been ignored. They really should be refunding me the entire cost.

The process to upload our photos was simple and the end result was a beautiful tribute to the dog we lost to cancer. Everyone loved the collage. From creation to delivery was less than 10 days.
