Ordered the Farringdon card holder in black after eyeing it for some time as an investment piece, and have no regrets - quality is excellent and leather smells incredible. Card slots were a bit tight to start with, but no issues after a couple of weeks of use. Hopefully will last years and would highly recommend!

The product itself - I bought a Leather S.C. Holdall in Brown. It is beautiful.
The construction is as good as any I have seen from other houses.
There is a thoughtful attention to detail - the internal hanger is of a very high standard, for example.

The check-out experience was clever - there was opportunity for feedback, which I gave.

There was an immediate response to my feedback, which suggests a very hands-on leadership that lives customer service.

Packaging is beautiful. Not extravagant; measured.

When I first entered the London store I was greeted by a very helpful assistant, but I did not purchase anything then. About a week later, I returned to the store and met Mr Bennett himself, he was extremely nice, informative and helpful, with his help I purchased the black leather commuter bag, the leather quality and craftsmanship feels amazing. (I cannot speak on the durability yet, but I expect it will also be equally amazing). - Thank you Mr Bennett!!

Was in London and just popped in. The assistant was really helpful and showed me, and an American couple the suit holdall.
The three customers all had a chat about the luggage and even the connection to Bond.
I left to let the tourists contemplate their purchase. I did not buy at the time as I was travelling on to a meeting.
Called back a month later and made the purchase. The assistant was not as helpful this time (a bit too Kewl for skool), but he didn't have much to do as the previous assistant had done all the hard work.

These guys are my absolute go to.
The service is amazing, the speed of delivery is great, the quality of the products is second to none.
My recent purchase back pack in Olive, the catalogue pictures do not do it justice, it looks so much better in real life, the build and material quality is excellent.

Delivery was prompt and came in a nice box!

Really liked the build quality, wanted to wait to have a longer trip (APAC and EMEA). Kept luggage contained in a solid package. Only thing is it is a bit on the heavier side and doesn't fit in overhead, so 50/50 on checking it in versus carry on.

I liked the design of having the suit carrier wrapped around a duffel format, and only having to worry about a unified piece.

Amazing product! Really high quality leather and great packaging!
