Fantastic products of the highest quality
As a longterm customer i am already aware of the highest quality of products. Having been into the shop when i was last in London in December and seeing the suit carrier in the flesh i purchased this in April. This in leather to match my weekender bag, wash Bag and backpack. The practical detail alongside the quality of the products are amazing. The entire team, Ali Bennet in particular that i have met have always been very helpful and are always happy to see their products ageing well and being used. Superb products built to last and made in the UK. They look fantastic and very understated.

The company does several things very well. First the product itself is great. I have 4 of their bags and they are great- in particular the cargo series. Second, the customer service is very good and they are very proactive in communications - status of delivery, need to be on the lookout for DHL emails, etc.

The sales associate named Jordan, did a wonderful job. He helped me pick out the right briefcase by asking me questions about my lifestyle and what type of materials I wanted for the bag. The experience in the store was wonderful. Especially for a customer visiting from the states. I look forward to purchasing another product in the future.

Great showroom and attendant.
Store attendant was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable on products, and showroom was very nice. I was interested in the suit carry all and being able to see the offerings, touch it, and have the attendant describe details and function was valuable in making a decision.
