I was looking for a specific type of shell bracelet and this company offered it and more. Initially, I came across the company via Etsy, but once I found their own website, I had no need to look elsewhere. From the very start, everything was just perfect and a great experience. All the products are well displayed and detailed on the website, with good value prices. Although I was only looking for just 1 item, I ended up buying several. Within 20 mins of placing the order, the company owner, Ben, emailed me to say that he was putting together my order and could actually hand deliver it the next day (I had chosen the 2nd class free delivery option) - to be fair I was only about a mile away from where they are based - but still very kind. The next day the package was duly delivered, was all perfectly wrapped and well presented. Each item came in its own cotton drawstring bag, with a few little shells as decoration (nice touch). And all the items were lovely, some I'm giving as gifts but I am looking forward to wearing the ones that I bought for me. Will definitely be going back for more. Well done Ben.

My lovely shell necklace arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and with the addition of four miniscule shells tucked inside the tie-bag. A class act! If it's customer satisfaction you're hoping for, you've got it.

I requested next day delivery by first class mail. This wasn't available until a day or so later but I was kept informed and given the option of cancelling if I wanted to. I went ahead with the order and my items were sent on the day promisdd as I received them the following day.
The items, a pearl ring and anklet were lovely, as shown and described and packed well in little linen bags. Thank you Bensbeach
